Worst Experience Ever Went there with my mother to help her get a car. Got there at about noon and left at almost 9 pm. Their excuse was that the car was not where it was Went there with my mother to help her get a car. Got there at about noon and left at almost 9 pm. Their excuse was that the car was not where it was supposed to be and that they only had one driver to get the car and other orders in front of ours. What ever the excuse it was, there was no reason to keep anyone for almost nine hours in the dealership. The salesman was ok but the finance guy, rude as xxxx. Come on, my mother has an 820 credit score and you treat us like S....! The only reason why we endured this predicament was because I had to fly back to Florida the next day. Other than that, I would've walked out. The finance guy also when we threaten to take our $5,000.00 down back, he did not want to give it back. I would never ever recommend anyone to this place. It is a shame that Ford has not pulled their flag from this dealership. They should be ashamed with this type of service. More

The manager wanted me to bring in an old lease so that he "could look good" but did not tell us the real reason. The real reason was a $1000 ford rebate that he was going to pocket for himself. I'm so thankful that I called another dealer before signing the lease. I got a much better deal for a fully loaded car. AVOID THESE CROOKS! More

UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, SCAMMERS!!! I confirmed a Truecar.com upfront price certificate with them PRIOR to my visit. After test driving the vehicle and sitting down with salesman to com I confirmed a Truecar.com upfront price certificate with them PRIOR to my visit. After test driving the vehicle and sitting down with salesman to complete the purchase, the scam began. They were never going to honor the Truecar.com upfront price. They began to add in $1500 in dealer fees and financing pressure. I already had secured a low rate finance agreement and so after confirming with Truecar that they were supposed to honor the upfront price, the manager came over and said "this car was sold this morning" and wrote "SOLD" across my paperwork! RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! They did not appreciate that I was calling them out on their lies so they basically kicked me out. Manager would not give me his business card. A true "bait and switch" type dealership. DO NOT USE THEM!!! More

Very easy I thought going from a BMW to a Ford was going to be a big down grade, but however I didn't miss a thing.
