Updated ReviewPurchased 2021 VW Atlas May 19, Updated Review Purchased 2021 VW Atlas May 19, 2021 After 2 1/2 weeks, auto start stopped working June 4th called in to schedule and appointment Updated Review Purchased 2021 VW Atlas May 19, 2021 After 2 1/2 weeks, auto start stopped working June 4th called in to schedule and appointment to have the vehicle looked at June 7th went in for an appointment-2 hours later was told there was a bad sensor and the part had to be ordered June 12th check engine light came on June 16th I take the vehicle in to have the sensor replaced and was told they had no loaners, when I was promised that they would have a loaner June 16th, I sent an email expressing my frustration. Anthony Scala (Owner) responded fairly quickly, apologized and asked service manager to resolve June 16th, Jeff Emerson (Salesman) later that day brought me a loaner and took my vehicle in to be serviced After a couple of days, they did fix the vehicle. Jeff, reached out several times asking that I modify the review. He also said that they would send out $50 gift card for the inconvenience (FYI this never was received). In seeing that they did eventually resolve my issue, I went ahead and altered the review. Javier the service manager even reached to to make sure things were good with the vehicle. Today 7/16, I went to try and start the truck and the auto start is not working. I called VW spoke with Crystal (not very pleasant) and asked to speak to Jeff Emerson. Crystal said Jeff was off today. I asked can I speak with the service manager and she said there was no service manager in today. I asked is there someone above him or working in his place. She said no. She then said, they have service advisors that can assists. She asked for my name and number and said that I would receive a call back. Guess what? I never received a call. I've tried to be fair and I have been beyond reasonable. This has now turned out to be the worse car buying experience of my life. Again, I didn't buy a used car, this is a brand new vehicle. I've been to their service department 3-4 times and haven't even gotten my first oil change. All of this in less than 2 months of having the vehicle. I'm beyond and I mean beyond frustrated. This is not cool at all. I called at 5:40pm 7/16 was able to speak with Alexa who said that they can get me in for Monday at 11am. More

This visit was terrible from the beginning and never got better four days later. Just terrible service I do not know what is going on over here. Javier Degante truly went above and beyond for my last service on my atlas. I was disappointed following my initial visit and he made it right. In many cases a customers complaints are left unchecked and service on my atlas. I was disappointed following my initial visit and he made it right. In many cases a customers complaints are left unchecked and unsolved and it’s very reassuring to know that my concerns were both met and rectified. As a customer I feel more than comfortable knowing that Javier is handling the situation should I have any additional issues with my vehicle. More

Very friendly service writer Alexis took care of me. Only negative: getting a car wet isnt washing it. Service was as expected at a dealer. I wish that oil change and tire rotation would have taken a shorter time since I had scheduled an appointment. Also the free car wash was nice; but for an extra 4 m change and tire rotation would have taken a shorter time since I had scheduled an appointment.
