Terrible business Practice! We agreed to purchase vehicle from this dump. We told Larry we were on our way and would not get there till later in the evening. What does that xxx do he called Someone else and gets them to come faster than we could. We sent our drivers lost the car and 500 bucks. Absolutely terrible business ethics and practice. This will be the first of many poor reviews I leave for this dump. Absolutely deplorable.... don’t buy from here ever. More

Total SCAM!!!!! So i went in yesterday and was told that the vehicle i was interested in was 8995 and that i needed 2000. And that my apr was 15%. I was told that i could leave 100 bucks to hold the vehicle. After going through the motions i was told the vehicle was 10,995. And the apr is 16.5% and was the same for everyone. Questions were asked to the manager who contradicted everything the saleswoman told me including saying that my deposit was NON REFUNDABLE. After she told me it was 5 minutes prior. She said my deposit would hold for a week and was refundable he said it was non refundable. Then she gave him a look he then changed to say its only refundable up to 24 hours. There are shady dealings here BEWARE BEFORE U BUY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. More

I guess he didn't like that so much because responded by stating "Okay, obviously u have no life, go away loser". Idk, maybe I had it coming. Here is the whole conversation. Me: So I've noticed there are quite a few vehicle's posted here I may be interested in, however, none of your vehicle's posted here have more than one picture, no mileage, no total price. That being said. Do you mind sending that info? James: READ THE AD Me: I did read the ad. It doesn't say anything about the car. All I see is that you want customers to finance (buy here pay here). As a person that's been working in the Auto industry for 12 years, I'm pretty sure I can speak for 99% of ALL potential customers when I say that people kinda want to see the car all the way around as well as the inside (Ya know, so people can see possible body damage). - People WILL also want to know the miles on the car (Majority of ALL customers want to know how much life is left in a car). - People WILL want to know if its Automatic or Manual transmission (Some people can't drive manuals). - People WILL want to know how much the total price of the car (Some people...correction ALL PEOPLE want to know how long their term will be and/or compare the price to other vehicles). Hint* Customers WILL NOT give you the time of day if you respond to important questions about the car with "READ THE AD". (Technically, your narrative isn't an AD, it's a disclaimer) Tips* 1. Take a few minutes to do photographs of the car like you actually want to sell it. (Don't worry, taking the extra 10 minutes won't break you) 2. List everything that I've mentioned above including number of owners and/or vehicle history (if known). Again, the extra 5 minutes to list everything you already know won't break you. 3. Most importantly (golden egg). DO NOT respond to your potential customers with READ THE AD. Why? Well I'm glad you asked... 1. Because customers ALREADY DID. 2. Because it shows you're lazy, hiding something, or simply don't care. 3. Because customers will spend our money somewhere else. (Your business is a minnow in the sea of car dealers). 4, Because professionalism is actually very important to customers. Don't trust them!!! I purchased a car from them. I recently fell on hard times and made a payment arrangement for the 15th with Amanda. Went to leave work today, the 14th I purchased a car from them. I recently fell on hard times and made a payment arrangement for the 15th with Amanda. Went to leave work today, the 14th, and my car was repossed. When i called Amanda and asked why since it isnt the 15th yet, she simply stated "well, your account is past due". Keep in mind, I made a previous arrangement with her AND followed through. So she had no reason to believe I wouldn't follow through this time. So in addition to paying what i owed, they added a 150 repo fee. I Paid the money, got the car back but wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Seems like they scan people !!! More
