Hello Nancy, we agreed on the $300 reimbursement because the clutch is an AS-IS non warrantied item. Even your mechanic told you that. After we sent you the $300 reimbursement, I tried to help you look for a part - but as I've told you it is a dealer only item and we would get it at the same cost as you. You reached out to me needing to have the car towed, but I don't have anyone in PA that would've been there within the hour - I told you that. Everyone that we work with is too far away from PA - we are in NJ. And I have spoken with you MANY times after that. I never ignored you. As I told you many times over the phone, all engine transmission issues are covered but again unfortunately a clutch is not.

You can lie all you want I had to call you numerous times. My mechanic said that car has so many issues I should just sell it so apparently you don't even look over a car before you sell it so buyer beware. My mechanic said that the guy that owned that car prior had a major accident with it. I understand that he didn't claim it under insurance because it didn't appear on the Carfax but if your mechanic even looked at it would of know this and I did ask if it was ever hit and I was told no and why did I have to give you one star to post my comment lol Also want to know if you sell a car shouldn't it pass inspection ????

Hi Justin, you sent me a bill for repairs of which we reimbursed you $800 to which you agreed. Please do not tell me that no one addressed your issues. No one ever told you that the vehicles are not inspected because that is simply not true. When you told me that the car had a light on indicating to add oil - I told you to add oil until you make it to a service station to inspect further. This is a 2011 BMW X5 with almost 100K miles with a V8 bi-turbo engine so unfortunately unexpected and definitely unwanted problems may arise. For this reason, there are certain warranties and time frames under which major components of the car are covered. In this case, the NJ used car lemon law states vehicles that are under 7 model years old and under 100,000 miles are covered under the powertrain warranty. The length of warranty depends on the mileage. I have attached a copy of it via email for you. Under the used car lemon law, your car was sold completely AS-IS, no warranty. I went out of my way and asked for a reimbursement of $800 for you for parts that would have been covered. I was not aware of any class action lawsuit against BMW for these engines. I don't recall who picked you up from the airport but I'm not quite sure what other operations he is talking about. I'm here every day and this office is the only one I know of!

Hi Laura, no one ever lied to you about anything. You told me the speakers in your car were not working, and I told you to bring it back and we will take care of the issue. As with any repair, the car would have to have been left here because I cannot anticipate exactly how long it will take. You wanted me to have a shop order parts before you brought the car, which falls out of protocol and they will not do that. In the end, months later, after calling the office and screaming at me many times - you never brought the car back here for the speakers to be repaired and decided to just leave complaints.
