They provided the service for oil change and a tire rotation, but didn't follow through on the shuttle service pick up as promised. I even specifically booked an earlier slot so that I could accommodat rotation, but didn't follow through on the shuttle service pick up as promised. I even specifically booked an earlier slot so that I could accommodate the driver's timing, and they still failed to communicate appropriately. Not sure if management has changed, but the last time they gave the interiors a basic clean and this time they didn't even bother looking at it. When I asked the guy said he would get someone to do it and then after making me wait for 40 mins, they said that's not part of it. Overall, it wasn't the best. More
