The wait was longer than I expected, but the place was packed with cars being serviced and everyone was moving pretty fast. The wait area was clean and comfortable. It was a rough start to schedule my service appointment. I had to drive from Dripping Springs to find out why no one would answer the service telephone number listed on the web site; the AI chatbot was use I had to drive from Dripping Springs to find out why no one would answer the service telephone number listed on the web site; the AI chatbot was useless in looking up my warranty maintenance contract although I did give "her" the requested information. Once I got to talk to live people, however, I have no complaints about the customer service. Diamond did an excellent job steering me around the service department and giving me progress updates. I'm not so sure being pitched a $167 wheel alignment at 12,000 miles was necessary. Thanks for the car wash- a nice touch. More

When you walk into the service center not a single person says hello to you, you kinda wonder if you are in the right place while 6 guys sit behind the desk cutting up and carrying on. I was standing there for at least 3-4 minutes while one guy finished telling a story to his co-workers, eventually one of them called me over. Now if they were looking at a computer or something I can understand that they were busy but 4 of them were just staring off into space. The guy at the counter asked me why I would even bring my Toyota to a Nissan Dealership… Kind of an odd encounter but they did get the work done, so that’s great! More
