Customer service was excellent but your prices on services is ridiculous now days. For a simple tire rotation your price went from $20 to now over $30 after taxes. Average service experience for a dealership service dept. I would recommend this department for Nissan owners (to get the benefit of recall checks, original parts, and brand knowledge), but probably not for I would recommend this department for Nissan owners (to get the benefit of recall checks, original parts, and brand knowledge), but probably not for anyone looking for a specific or limited set of services (i.e., just an oil change/rotation). State of the art dealer service centers provide photos and videos of the vehicle inspection, as well as of defective parts - showing the defects and links to information about the part to be replaced. This dealership did not provide any photos or video with the vehicle inspection. They did provide paper documentation of the recommended service, and cost estimate for each. Other dealership service departments in the area offer complementary beverages and snacks. City Nissan has them available for purchase. Seems a bit cheap to charge me for a $0.25 can of soda when you're getting a thousand dollars of service out of me. Sergio explained the recommended services and options well. He did give me a discount on a diagnostic charge at the end (because I was spending so much already). A sales floor rep stopped by to say hi, which was nice. Timeline for service was good - I was waiting in the lounge. After dropping off my vehicle at 8am, I was out by around noon. For the service done, that seemed about average. $400 for a new key + fob is absolute highway robbery. More
