Throughout the years, I have acquired a trust in the dealings with the South Nissan service department and trust takes a long time to build especially in automotive repair services, quality and pricing are important but are they fade without trust. Incredibly well-run, well-managed business. Much better efficiency with the service department over just the pas year alone. I like that they make it easier to check in, keep you well advised of the maintenance process, and check you out when the job(s) are done. The waiting areas, showroom, and restroom are scrupulously clean. I also appreciate the free coffee, water, and snacks while I'm waiting. The only thing I would change is the amount of upselling that occurs once the scheduled maintenance is complete. The costs aren't always clear, and a $50 oil change can turn into $500 worth of other services that may not be needed at the time. Most recently I was also charged for some sort of disinfectant treatment to my truck interior, which I really never need and don't like because it leaves a sticky feeling on my steering wheel and gear shifter. But overall, it's clear whoever owns/manages this dealership that they are serious about customer service and satisfaction. More
