Omar Quintanna was the sales person that I bought my 2022 Kia Sorento from a few months back. Not big on doing reviews until I have driven the car for a while to have knowledge of what I purchased. I am a senior citizen and really appreciated his patience and even allowing me to call him at home for any concerns prior to purchase. I felt he went above and beyond for my needs and concerns. I have had the worst experience with this site. Car gets towed in Monday, I don't hear a thing until Friday when a rental is provided. The car is there about a week or two,Pick up on Friday and somehow my AC no longer works. They do not take ownership and I am told It would be approximately $1300 to fix(plus taxes and fees). I was told that since KIA covered the engine, they would find something to charge me with. Now Monday, Car will NOT START. THey did advise they also replaced my started. Again, stuck with no car , not one empathetic person in sight and KIA will not take ownership at all. I was even provided with an incorrect case #, so again I go on hold for 55 minutes . More
I've been visiting this dealership for a long time to do basic service, such as oil changes, tire rotations, etc. Never had a problem until now. I took my car in on a Friday for an oil change, tire work, an basic service, such as oil changes, tire rotations, etc. Never had a problem until now. I took my car in on a Friday for an oil change, tire work, and a check engine diagnosis. At 5:00 that evening, someone called to ask if they could keep my car longer since they weren't done with it yet. I said yes but asked if it would be ready the next day. The man on the phone said he didn't know and that he would have my service advisor call me. I never received a call on Saturday nor Sunday. Long story short, I called several times to get an update when I finally just had to walk into the dealership on Thursday to get my car. The service advisor never contacted me about the check engine results and I never spoke to anyone about the actual issues. I wasn't able to get anyone on the phone. I received an email five days after the car had been in the shop with recommended repairs and that's it. When I was picking my car up, I asked if I could get the diagnostics fee dropped or reduced to make up for the whole ordeal. The service manager Oscar, would not speak to me in the lobby and made me come into his office. I was literally surrounded by men - a service manager to my right, Oscar in front of me and the service advisor Alberto, stood in front of the door on my left. I explained the situation to Oscar, the service manager, and he told me, word for word, "I find it hard to believe no one contacted you." He proceeded to tell me I have a Google phone number they tried to call (I don't) and left a message. This never happened. Oscar would not remedy the situation. Looking back on that interaction, I realize it was an attempt to intimidate a young woman. Their attitude and service today was shameful. More
Our experience with City Kia has been excellent from the time we purchased our new Kia Soul, to its first service.
