I have had the worst experience with this site. Car gets towed in Monday, I don't hear a thing until Friday when a rental is provided. The car is there about a week or two,Pick up on Friday and so Car gets towed in Monday, I don't hear a thing until Friday when a rental is provided. The car is there about a week or two,Pick up on Friday and somehow my AC no longer works. They do not take ownership and I am told It would be approximately $1300 to fix(plus taxes and fees). I was told that since KIA covered the engine, they would find something to charge me with. Now Monday, Car will NOT START. THey did advise they also replaced my started. Again, stuck with no car , not one empathetic person in sight and KIA will not take ownership at all. I was even provided with an incorrect case #, so again I go on hold for 55 minutes . More
