I’ve had a terrible experience with City Kia of Greater Orlando. They initially told me my service would take 3 hours—only to keep delaying it without clear updates. Every time I followed up, I was brushed off with “we need more time.” If you have any obligations or a job, good luck—they’ll leave you no choice but to get a rental. Speaking of rentals, they offered to cover the cost, but after I paid and submitted everything, they changed their story. Completely unprofessional. Their parts are outrageously overpriced compared to MSRP, and to make matters worse, the staff is rude and condescending. Instead of helping, they talk down to you like you’re an inconvenience. Save yourself the time, money, and stress. I won’t be returning—and I recommend you look elsewhere, too. More
