Oil Change Ms. Anderson was very friendly and explained what type of oil they were replacing in my Ford F-150 truck. It was determined that my brake fluid was n Ms. Anderson was very friendly and explained what type of oil they were replacing in my Ford F-150 truck. It was determined that my brake fluid was not up to standard and she recommended replacement. Being that my truck is a 2002 model with about 64,500 miles on it, I reasoned that the service should be done! The wait time was very reasonable and the other person working with Ms. Anderson answered a question I had with a smile on his face. I felt I was treated well and Ms. Anderson also explained the savings of purchasing a 4 oil change plan! I would highly recommend the service at City Ford and I may be speaking to a salesman in the future about a Ford Escape! More
