Matt took care of what I came in for and more. I worked in car dealerships in the parts and service for over 40 years. I was expecting a test of the engine light and the thermostat replacement. I was charged also for an Inspection. Service department is awful. I spent over $3000 at this place for almost nothing. I brought my 2015 grand Cherokee in because the check engine light was on and it would not pass I spent over $3000 at this place for almost nothing. I brought my 2015 grand Cherokee in because the check engine light was on and it would not pass emissions. They originally fixed it, but they wanted it back in for more work after I passed emissions. I had to leave three messages, unreturned, and then had to physically go in to schedule an appointment. When I got in, I told them why I was bringing it back in (they asked me too), and then also said something was going on where it was jerking, as if the transmission was slipping. They seem too busy to be paying attention to me, and clearly weren’t. After I put almost $3000 of repairs into this car, I got it back and drop it off. The transmission started slipping again and the jerky started happening within half a mile. I called back, and left another message, which was again not return. When I finally got somebody live days later, they told me just to bring it back in. I didn’t notice the gas gauge had not moved at all, and they clearly did not test drive it like I asked him to. I’ve now put thousands of dollars into this car, when I wanted them to see if it had a bigger problem before they did it, and they never bothered to check that. And to top it off, the check engine light is back on. Over $3000 in repairs, and now I have to bring it somewhere else. When I called to tell them I needed to bring it somewhere else, I got the proverbial shoulder shrug on the phone. So, after $3000, my car jerks all over the place, my check engine light is back on, I am in search of somewhere else to bring it. More
Service department is a joke. Called several times over the course of a week and was told to leave a message for the same Service Writer (Matt?) each and every time. Simply wanted my vehicle in for warrant the course of a week and was told to leave a message for the same Service Writer (Matt?) each and every time. Simply wanted my vehicle in for warranty work, and after a week and a half of trying to get the gentleman to even give me a call back, I gave up and went with a different service center. This is the only Fiat center in the area, and very few others will touch them. Disappointed from the start. More
