Very friendly and good communication by employees. I feel the work was done as quoted and as correctly. THE ISSUE.... The cost is 25% higher than other repair shops. I like using the dealer for convenience, but the price will make me use another shop in the future. More

Absolutely professional at City Chevrolet. Dean was incredible and helped fix the issue I was having with my truck. I took my truck to Libertyville Chevy and they first stated my truck was fine. I left incredible and helped fix the issue I was having with my truck. I took my truck to Libertyville Chevy and they first stated my truck was fine. I left the dealer and the issue continued, so I took it back and they magically found an issue with it and quoted me at approximately $1200.00 to fix the issue. Dean and his staff at City Chevrolet took the time to figure out what had been some wiring issues and fixed the problem. Left the dealer without a bill. Couldn't be more thankful to have taken my truck to City Chevrolet. It's the little things that matter. Thank you again Dean! More

Purchased a car from flag chevy and they had given me courtesy oil changes, then the new company buys it "city chevy" and WONT honor them. Terrible customer service. Will never step foot in there.
