Brought car in for multi-point inspection, rotate tires, look over suspension, etc. Basically a check-up at 65,000 miles. Had an appointment at 8:45am. Was able to roll right in to the service bay and wa look over suspension, etc. Basically a check-up at 65,000 miles. Had an appointment at 8:45am. Was able to roll right in to the service bay and was done in about 1 1/2 hours. They found an issue with a shock and recommended replacing tires sometime before winter. Entire staff was friendly and there was no pressure to fix something immediately. Nice pleasurable experience. More

Service center was excellent but salesman Joe Payton turned his story on me. When the heat was on him from me through service, he back tracked what happened to save his own behind. Thankfully, the servi turned his story on me. When the heat was on him from me through service, he back tracked what happened to save his own behind. Thankfully, the service department seemed to know that and agreed with me on what Joe Payton originally said. When I test drove the vehicle I heard what I thought was a front brake issue when I turned the wheel and applied the brakes. Joe said it was probably some rust on the rotors from having sat a while and if it was an issue, I could could come back to the service department and they would 'take care of me.' When I did service was going to CHARGE ME! Then service was with me in front of Joe Payton, and he insisted it was the back brakes and he knew xxxx well it was the front!! He turned on me. Once gone over and repaired by the service department, they informed me that the back brakes were in good shape. Joe didn't 'forget' this. It happened on our test drive when I turned the front wheels and applied the brakes. You have an excellent service department there and I plan to come back for the periodic upkeep and repairs of my 2019 Transit. As far as old Joe goes? Its probably time to hang up his misleading sales pitch and retire. I'm extremely disappointed in the guy. ALSO, his friendliness turned off after the sale too. He was short, curt and quite frankly, rude. He didn't even tell me that the truck had been wrecked until I decided to go ahead and try to get approved and was filling out paperwork. 'Its all been totally redone', he said. Its been inspected by the dealership. Was ready to go. Bull! In 2 days of having it the oil change warning came on.
