I had an appointment and my car was taken back a few minutes early. The gentleman in the service department was very polite. The service area is immaculate, as is the waiting area. The service was done very quickly and I was on my way home quickly. Five star rating!!! I gave a five star rating to Mr. Lonsbury but I will be honest, I did not get the gentleman's name.
