Round 2 - Ready for more space with baby and he was able to get me a great trade-in value (KBB value) and set up the new truck (Aka push present to myself. Jk) Nice thing was we did all the negotiating via phone and email so we saved a bunch of time. They also delivered my new truck to my house and drove the trade-in back to dealership. I think it took a total of about 20min. Are you kidding me! Also, loan was fast tracked through Schools First in their system so another seamless part of process. I think they earned a permanent customer. I'll be back when we we upgrade. Hard to beat Ford and Kia. Might as well go to best dealer too! - Sky More

She has rolled her eyes and walked away from me when I tried to tell her how awful her customer service is and for these reasons we will never return to this location. Citrus Ford is the worst dealership we’ve ever dealt with HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Called for service 3 days in a row just to schedule an oil change. Service Dept not once picked up nor returned any of our HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Called for service 3 days in a row just to schedule an oil change. Service Dept not once picked up nor returned any of our calls. Finally on the 3rs day I Left a message for “A Manager, any Manager at this point to file a complaint AGAIN no returned call. I can’t express enough how RUDE reception was just trying to speak to someone in Service. We kept getting told to leave a message RIGHT!!! After leaving numerous messages not one call back. Will NEVER do business with them again and definitely won’t refer anyone. This place sucks and they’re lucky they even got a one star rating from us. More

I caught an error and canceled that initial contract. Had to go and spent a 3rd day to finalize the final contract, which should have not been necessary. I would go back for other purchases only of Vinnie Lora is the one helping us. More
