I just purchased Subaru Forester from World Subaru and the sales person was Patric. I did my reserch through internet regarding pricing and provided my expectated price to many dealers. Within minutes , Patric responded matching close to my offer, whereas the few other dealers didn't come close to my expected price and some of them didn't even bother to respond back. All my communications to Patric was through E Mail and he handled it very professionally. I visited the dealership only once to complete the paperwork and pickup the vehicle. Patric was very friendly and I came out happily with the new car. I highly recommend this dealership and Patric for purchase of any Subaru model. More

I recently purchased a vehicle from World Subaru and wanted to write and comment on the experience. As you know, I worked with Patrick Dougherty to find the appropriate replacement for our aging minivan wanted to write and comment on the experience. As you know, I worked with Patrick Dougherty to find the appropriate replacement for our aging minivan. We were looking for a do-all vehicle that would be serviceable for a number of years and appropriate for both me and my wife to drive. Patrick went out of his way to understand our needs and to make sure that they were met. We looked at several new Subaru Outbacks and Foresters, all worthy candidates, but were also interested in a 2008 BMW X3 that had come into the dealership as a lease return. This now involved Mike Lamazzo, your sales manager, who worked with Patrick to create offers on several new and used vehicles that would give us a range of purchase options. Although we had come in that Saturday morning just to look at cars, we were so impressed with the courtesy and interest that Patrick, Mike, and Joe Wjada showed in our automotive needs, that we were able to come to a purchase agreement that same day. Six weeks later, we couldn’t be happier with our choice and feel that World Subaru was not only interested in making the sale, but in building a long-term customer relationship. We look forward to this same courtesy and concern from World Subaru for many years to come. More

My sister and I entered the dealership with an unusual request. Our Dad was about to celebrate his 80th birthday, and one of his life long dreams was to have a white Mustang convertible. We had been searching for a few weeks, feeling it was better to provide an 80 year old with an experience rather than just another ordinary birthday gift. We had all but given up hope when we saw one on the lot at World Jeep Subaru in Tinton Falls, NJ. From the moment we walked in, the staff was so supportive and truely touched by our story. Against all odds they were able to help us in our 'time of Love'! Thank you sooo much for going above and beyond and giving our Dad the best birthday present ever!! We are so impressed, we will tell everyone about our wonderful experience! More

My nightmare of trying to find a safe decent used car in my 27 yr old niece's price range was soon ended when I finally found Sam at World Jeep in Shrewsbury. I swear I had been to no less than Ten dealers my 27 yr old niece's price range was soon ended when I finally found Sam at World Jeep in Shrewsbury. I swear I had been to no less than Ten dealerships, all of which were little to no help... Showing us lots of junk under the 10k range. What can I say about Sam .... I love Sam ... He was so great... It was pouring raining... He went through every bit of inventory, running in and out of the rain, letting my niece test drive any car she wanted ... Until we found the perfect car.... And we did ... Under budget!... She is thrilled.... I am so grateful .... I just can't recommend this Dealership and Sam enough......this morning, it's finally over, she's in a safe, good car .... Did I mention ......I love Sam.....he even gave me the Carfax on the car! More

This is the 2nd Subaru I have leased from World in the past 3 months. They surpassed the treatment we received last May. Both the sales rep, Glen Miller, and manager, Mike Lomazzo, went out of their way past 3 months. They surpassed the treatment we received last May.
