Looking back from the first time I went to Circle when i Looking back from the first time I went to Circle when i first bought my used Infiniti G35 Coupe, i wanted to get some minor warranty work done sin Looking back from the first time I went to Circle when i first bought my used Infiniti G35 Coupe, i wanted to get some minor warranty work done since I had the Elite extended warranty package on my car. Well, I ran into a problem since the NJ DMV made an error on my title which they stated it was a salvaged title which it wasnt. Todd continously nonstop helped me by keeping me updated with Infiniti Corp while I waited for NJ DMV to fix my title. Finally, when I got my corrected title Todd gave me the great service which exceded my expectations. In the past with my previous car (Acura TL) Acura service was not that great. The service department lacked everything that Circle Infiniti has done and provided for me. For example, I never was provided a loaner car since they were always out of them and they treated me like a joe schmo off the street and not a customer so each time i would have to get a ride home. Circle has given me a loaner car every single time I was there with no excuses. Todd and Circle treat me as if I were part of the family and they always in a great friendly, cheerful mood. Over the last 2 years of owning my G35 Coupe, I have went back to Todd numerous times and he has helped me out every single time to get the problems with my car worked out, from minor to major problems. Just the service alone has made me think about my next car which will definately be an Infiniti again. Todd went from being my service advisor to a good friend throughout the time iv been going there. Also Jim R in parts and Joe E who works on my car are also very good friends who Iv known for some time. Alot of friends of mine who own Infinitis' also go to Todd for his excellent service. Circle and Todd have great reviews on numerous Infiniti forums. Thats how great they are that people can take the time to post positive reviews for others to read. A++++ to Todd R and Circle Infiniti. If you need service on your Infiniti definately go see Todd and you will be posting your positive review after mine!! More
I bought my Infiniti G35 from another dealership based on a sales relationship, but from my very first service the only place I went was Circle Infiniti. Todd Rovinsky, my service advisor, is on my top thre a sales relationship, but from my very first service the only place I went was Circle Infiniti. Todd Rovinsky, my service advisor, is on my top three 'greatest service advisors' list. I never needed to ask for something twice, he always took time to explain everything to me, there was always a loaner car waiting for me, and my car was always done on time or sooner, washed and clean upon pickup. I strongly recommend anyone to deal with Circle Infiniti service, and definitely look Todd up when you go. He will restore your faith in the dignity of auto dealer service advisors! More
I have dealt with Todd Rovinsky since I purchased my preowned m-35 . He has been very courteous and responsible with my needs. I would highly reccommend Todd and Circle. I don't usually write these reviews, but I'm feeling the urge to do so for this dealership because I was, quite frankly, surprised by how they treated me - especially their parts manager Jim Russo. I was d urge to do so for this dealership because I was, quite frankly, surprised by how they treated me - especially their parts manager Jim Russo. I was driving around in my 2002 Nissan with the "Service Engine" light on for a few weeks. As I was driving down Rt. 36 to Red Bank, I spotted this Infiniti dealership. I figured they should be able to figure out the issues with my car since Infiniti and Nissan are the same thing. I had actually gone into a few other shops previously to diagnose what the issues were. They all told me, "It could be this, or it could be that, or it could be a combination of this and that; we need more time to figure out what's wrong with it; etc.," which all sounded to me like they were going to replace everything and charge me for them. I pulled into the valet at Circle Infiniti, and was standing outside my car for a few minutes because I didn't see anybody around and I wasn't sure if I should just leave my car there. Jim came out and asked me if I needed help. He was very nice. I explained to him about the "Service Engine" light and all the things other shops told me, and Jim said it would take about an hour for him to take a look at what's going on. I was going to wait around, but, to my surprise, Jim offered me a loaner car. It was around lunch time, and he said he thought I might grab something to eat rather than wait around at the dealership. I mean, I wasn't even driving an Infiniti, and Jim treated me like I just bought a new Infiniti from him! So, I left my car with Jim, and took the loaner car to Red Bank to take care of business. Within an hour, I got a phone call from Jim. I was on my way back to the dealership, so I told him I'll be back in about five minutes. When I came back, Jim took the time to explain what was going on with my car. It wasn't one of those, "It'll be anywhere from $300 to $1,200 to fix the car" - he actually explained in details and told me what my options were. And the estimate he gave me was lower than the estimates other shops gave me as their "best case scenario." It's not true that dealerships always charge premium - at least not at this dealership. For the kind of service I received, I'd have been happy to pay double of what I paid to fix my car. I'm going to recommend this service department to everybody I know. Thank you Jim! More
I have been having my 1995 Q45 serviced and taken care of by Circle Infinity since I bought the car back in 2000. I have NEVER been disappointed with the absolutely professional care that I have been given. by Circle Infinity since I bought the car back in 2000. He is knowledgeable and explains in detail what has to be done with the car to keep it running in top condition. I have never felt that anyone at the dealership has taken advantage of me. I have spent a great deal of money at this dealership but when the car is presented to me, it always runs better than before. If Circle Infinity ever needs a personal recommendation, I'll be first in line. More
