I am a "Car Guy" and it is nice to walk into a service department and deal with someone who actually shares the passion. Todd is very friendly and actually KNOWS about cars. Not only can he help diagnose the problem but he understands what it takes to be fixed, I NEVER felt like I was getting ripped off which is almost certain to happen when bringing you car to the dealer. Hence all the body shops and oil change/repair shops that are still open. People do not trust dealerships after their warranty is up, but I do not feel like that at Circle Infiniti. And to be honest I am not sure that I would feel like that if they did not have Todd working for them. He is very personable, knows me by my first name and car. His knowledge about cars/trucks is way above anyone I have dealt with in the past. I receive a loaner car so I do not have to waste time sitting around, waiting for my car, the loaner is always cleaned and valeted to me. The service and the friendliness I receive is TOP NOTCH.
