Circle Infiniti - Service Center

My vehicle needed to be serviced. I am usually hesitant to go to a maintenance shop and expect to be in and out quickly, with a smile on my face. However, after experiencing the Circle Infiniti Team, specifically Ann, I can say my time spent there was well worth it! My car runs like its brand new, all of the info I needed was provided by Ann and the place was clean and kept well. Ann was great to deal with and talk to. She explained to me exactly what was going to be done with my vehicle as well as converse with me about other miscellaneous subjects. She is intelligent, sociable and helpful. Came into the service department because my car was havig an issue. Pam helped immensely. She is an excellent advisor. When I need routine maintenance I pick up the phone and call Todd. If its just a needed oil change Todd goes thru my service history while he has me on the phone and SUGGESTS what service my car should hav call Todd. He does not force the service on me and explains why he feels it is needed. Because he takes the time to explain why the service is needed I usually have it completed. Todd always takes his time and makes sure I am satisfied with the service my car was in for. He always has my car washed when I pick it up, Mercedes never did this. If I owned a car dealership Todd would be working at it!! More
