John DiLieto was very friendly and helpful. He priced tires for me and was able to give me a great rate due to a running promotion. He also went above and beyond by sending me my original aluminum stem tires for me and was able to give me a great rate due to a running promotion. He also went above and beyond by sending me my original aluminum stem caps back to me by US Mail when the tech inadvertently replaced them with plastic stem caps. He is not pushy and offers reasonable suggestions regarding cost effective vehicle maintenance. I highly recommend John to those looking for a service rep that talks straight. More
