The vehicle was completed in a timely manner, sparkling clean and at a fair price. The waiting area was nicely serviced with refreshments, reading material and cable and internet service. The service writer kept me informed about the progress of my vehicle maintenance visit, even though it was not a long wait. I feel confident in the service and staff and highly recommend this dealership and personnel for anyone's automobile needs. More

Service Visit I took my car in for normal maintenance on April 15th. I was immediately greeted by John who is always so professional and pleasant. While I was in John's office, Pam came in to say hello. I always feels like I am held in high regard when visiting Circle Infiniti. A week after my visit, my car suffered a computer malfunction which caused the engine not to shut off. I called and spoke to John who told me to bring the car in and they would take care of me. I was given a beautiful new loaner car that I had for 3 days while my car was being fixed. During that time John would call me with updates. John and Pam provide the highest level of customer service and because of them, I will only buy cars at Circle Infiniti. More

Repair service I recently brought my 09 G37xs into the dealership due to the fact a warning light came on but would reset every time I would restart the vehicle. I I recently brought my 09 G37xs into the dealership due to the fact a warning light came on but would reset every time I would restart the vehicle. I called the dealership and spoke to John DiLieto in service. He was extremely professional and took the time to explain the different possibilities that could have created this problem. After bringing the vehicle to the dealership they discovered a problem with one of the brakes. John did explain that due to a defect in a part the repairs would covered under warranty. After dropping the vehicle off I received a call from John stating that the part was on backorder and that he would keep me updated. I must say that I am extremely impressed because due to the fact that the part was back ordered the vehicle was at the dealership 12 days. John took the time to call me and tell me of the progress in receiving the part. That made things so much easier for me knowing that I did not have to contact him on a daily basis in order to get an update. John was professional but also made me feel very comfortable and confident that the vehicle was being repaired properly, after all we were dealing with a brake issue. More
