I brought my car in to service, not even having an appointment because I had a concern for how it was running. Joann was immediately attentive and understanding of my concern and even though booked, s appointment because I had a concern for how it was running. In only a couple of hours, my car had been addressed without issue and even though the expectation was that it may just have been a matter of my adapting to a new and different car, she took my concern seriously and put my mind at ease. Everyone at this dealership has always gone above and beyond to help us with our vehicles. Most recently, we had an issue later in the day after 6pm: Joann helped us quickly over the phone, determined we beyond to help us with our vehicles. As a working mom with 2 little kids, I SO appreciate the quick attention. When I picked up our car, Joe noticed our key fob battery was low as he pulled up the car and quickly replaced it for me before I pulled away from the dealership. I visited a few months ago f Customer Service. I had recently moved to the area and was in need of a new service department to call home for my QX60. I visited a few months ago for the first time for a horn replacement and the service and the repairs were amazing no complaints. My latest visit on 10/11/24 was for a check engine light and troubles I was experiencing mid drive on the Garden State Parkway on my way home from work. I immediately called this dealer and spoke with Ms.Joann who was kind, patient and understanding and professional. Ms.Joann advised me to come right in off the parkway, provided a loaner and rectified my issue. I am grateful for the team here and the professionalism of anyone that I encounter down to the porters in the drive. Ms. Ann assisted me for check out when the vehicle was ready, and of course she is always a pleasure as well. Thank you circle Infiniti Service Team. I came home from vacation on a Friday and went to start my car on Saturday afternoon and it took a few tries to start. I wasn’t sure if it was the battery or the starter. I headed straight to Circle Infi my car on Saturday afternoon and it took a few tries to start. I wasn’t sure if it was the battery or the starter. I headed straight to Circle Infiniti at 2/2:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday. They tested my battery, found it to be weak and put in a new one. They were all so helpful! No complaints or attitude because I showed up without an appointment or calling. This is my second Infiniti from this dealer and the service department is a big part of my decision! George was the mechanic and I really appreciate that he stayed late to help me!!! More
