Once again, Circle Infiniti exceeded my expectations in the service department. I went in on 12/29 for some routine maintenance on my vehicle. Ann Trapani continues to be the reason why I choose to drive 30 minutes to service my car at Infiniti, passing up many other places where I could choose to service my car along the way. She is friendly, realistic and completely honest in her recommendations. Working with Ann, I know I am making the right choices for the maintenance of my vehicle. Add to that the fact that the rest of the staff is friendly and welcoming and the waiting area is always comfortable and stocked with food and drink -- Circle Infiniti will always be where I go for service! Ann went above and beyond to get me an apt. I called late on Thursday night and got an appointment for early Friday morning and was able to secure a loaner vehicle for me. The valet did an amazing job with me. i was super early because i had to go work. he took me promptly. Once I got in, Pam checked me. She explained the repair to me and made sure I got the best pricing Both Ann and Pam were very accommodating and worked with me to get this repair done before I drove my car in an 7 hour ride to visit my family for Christmas.
