After my Honda died, we decided we needed something bigge When you experience great service, you should share the experience with as many as you can. After my Honda died, we decided we needed something bigger and classier, so we began searching for a QX60. After many attempts, we found what we thought was the perfect one at a "non-Infiniti" dealership, but we found out that buying a car is not just about the car, it's also about the service after you buy the car that makes all the difference. The vehicle the other dealership was selling had a Circle Infiniti logo on the back and although the distance was far, we decided to give it a shot. Normally, I don't call car dealerships, but i'm sure glad I did. Ray Andrews answered my call and wasn't pushy at all; he gathered the details I gave him and called me back with options. His attention to detail is why we drove 1 hour to Circle Infiniti. Ray blew our minds when he demonstrated nearly every feature the QX60 has to offer in very short period of time. Because of his ability to show how the features would benefit us in our daily use, we opted for all the cool stuff and are happy we made an educated decision to buy from them. They got me the interest rate no one else could and it all went through Infiniti and last but certainly not least, Ann in service accommodated us and made us feel more confident about our purchase. She was thorough, knowledgeable and quick. Even though we bought a certified used Infiniti, the experience and quality of everything feels "BRAND NEW". If you're tired of the run around and ready for a great experience, make the trip to Circle Infiniti. You will change the way you look at car salesmen, service and the whole car buying process. Awesome Service Department It has being 6 months since I bough my Infiniti and I've experience bad service and excellent service. Not mentioning the dealer's name, located in W It has being 6 months since I bough my Infiniti and I've experience bad service and excellent service. Not mentioning the dealer's name, located in Westchester. I had minor service performed and to my astonishment my car was returned to me with the panels off under the glove-box sitting on the floor. You know I had to take a few pics and call over the service advisor. Now 2 days ago I went out to Circle Infinti to get a few things done to the car. Upon my arrival I was greeted by a friendly John Dilieto, who listened to my concerns and requests. Upon completion my car was returned to me serviced, washed, vacuumed and in one piece. I can say with full certainty Circle Infiniti Service Dept goes far and beyond and more in satisfying their customer. Way to go! More
This is what customer service should be like!!!!! Had to get warranty service done on a JX35 that I purchased used from another non infiniti dealer. Made a appointment on line and showed up for scheduled service. Ms. Trapani was incredible! Told her all the things that were wrong and software updates it required. She took down info and gave me a courtesy car. She called 2 hours later and kept me informed about the service that was being done, said it would be ready late afternoon. Called in the afternoon and she said they were running late and would be ready the next day. No problem I had courtesy car. She called noon that next day and said it was done, we close at 4 pm. I went to dealer and Ms. Trapani discussed what was done and they had taken care of things I wasn't aware of. Car was washed and cleaned. I have NEVER experienced this level of customer service from a dealership in my life! Everything was taken care of in a professional manner . The General manager for this service department should be proud of his employees, because they show it. More
