Zero rating I purchased a used car (Honda pilot) in Circle Infiniti with one month warranty or 1000miles. Unfortunately, the engine light came on during the warra I purchased a used car (Honda pilot) in Circle Infiniti with one month warranty or 1000miles. Unfortunately, the engine light came on during the warranty period. I brought my car back to the dealer. After inspection, the mechanic gave me the report, that claimed “there is something wrong with catalytic converter both metal gaskets before/after and oxygen sensors on the catalytic converter. Must order OEM Honda catalytic converter.” Also the mechanic told me they replaced my defective converter with an old catalytic converter because a new one was not in stock. The mechanic promised when the new catalytic converter comes, he will change. I was satisfied and made an appointment for the following Saturday. However, I had to reschedule because my work schedule changed. When I attempted to reschedule with the salesman, he told me to just drive the car as much as I can and see if the light is on again. I decided to call Circle Infiniti directly to make an appointment but failed. Unexpected the sales manager (Steve) called me and said the same as what the salesman said “keep driving until the light comes back on”. I told him that it was not okay to have my car temporarily repaired with an old converter. He said the car was pre-owned anyway. Then I sent him an email clearly stating the whole thing. Surprisingly, the sales manager told me a new story “we had cleaned the sensor we did not change the converter. We ordered a replacement catalytic converter in the event it needs to be replaced.” Even worse Steve also claimed my Honda car was not taken to a Honda shop for any sort of problem-check or repair. All this sensor cleaning and tampering took place at a “local auto-repair facility”. Circle Infiniti should be a reputable service, so the second-hand methods they employed threw me. I even requested a service report of the work done on my vehicle to corroborate his claims, and till now, nothing has been provided. Infiniti is a big, well-established dealership who has been in this business for years. This is also part of the reason I chose to buy a pre-owned vehicle from this center. However, I was involved in many troubles. In addition, I am not sure what Steve did with my vehicle and it is now safe to keep driving or not. I even asked the executive manager for some help, but he chose to trust his employee’s words. More

I recently leased my second vehicle, another QX60 from Michael Fantozzi at Circle Infiniti, and my experience was once again fantastic. Before my lease was up, Michael reached out to me to see if he could Michael Fantozzi at Circle Infiniti, and my experience was once again fantastic. Before my lease was up, Michael reached out to me to see if he could assist me in any way. He told me that even if I elected to go with another brand, he’d be glad to help me with the process of turning in my expiring vehicle. I greatly appreciated that. Though I had considered another brand, I did really enjoy the QX60 and it met my family’s needs, so I let Michael know where I would need to be with my payments and he said he’d get back to me with a no-nonsense number. Being in sales myself, this is important to me. He did not disappoint. He quickly called me back with a great price on a model with even more features than the one I had previously leased from him. When I visited the dealership to trade in my 2016 and pickup my new 2020 QX60, Michael made sure I was familiarized with the new features and software updates on the newer model, and he had all of the paperwork ready to go. He once again made my car leasing experience an easy and even enjoyable one. I’d highly recommend him and Circle Infiniti to anyone looking for a new luxury vehicle! More
