Me and my wife had a brake issue with our qx60. They couldn't duplicate the problem we were experiencing but they replaced brake pads and rotors. This is service. First in New York/Bayside and then I moved to NJ in 2018. I have to say that Circle Infiniti is absolutely the best. Their customer service, in particular-Joe Nazzaro- is professional, thorough, friendly and accommodating. He got me in and out in less than 1 hour. He explained everything in full, provided all my discounts and was a pleasure to deal with. The waiting area is spotless and especially during the COVID-19 crisis, that is greatly appreciated. My car was sparkling when I left and I am a very happy customer. I can't wait until my lease is up, so I can get my new vehicle at Circle Infiniti. Thank you so very much! More

Amazing service Amazing customer service in last minute crisis! The service center took me in immediately when I had a bubble in my tire, noticed it this morning and Amazing customer service in last minute crisis! The service center took me in immediately when I had a bubble in my tire, noticed it this morning and they took me in right away and had the tire in stock.. I waited in the waiting room due to the pandemic I had no problem socially distancing myself from other customers. I was in and out in under an hour. Absolutely amazing! More
