Aside from loving the quality and look of my third Infiniti SUV, the main reason I've been a customer of Circle Infiniti since 2004 is the consistently wonderful service they provide. From the time I Infiniti SUV, the main reason I've been a customer of Circle Infiniti since 2004 is the consistently wonderful service they provide. From the time I pull into the service area and am greeted warmly with a big smile from Yuri, I know I will be in good hands with Pam, Ann and Todd. And knowing that JP and Joe are working their mechanical magic on my car gives me confidence that things will be done right the first time. This is a fantastic team, and I hope Infiniti keeps turning out quality, sexy products so I can keep working with them for a long time. More

I bought my car at Circle Infiniti in 2010 and have always had pleasant experiences with the service department. But Joe N has definitely brought a new level of customer service to the dealership. Ray Actively Listen to his customers needs and consistently demonstrate to his customers that he is in tune with their needs and their best interest. He has effective listening skills and If he do consistently demonstrate to his customers that he is in tune with their needs and their best interest. He did rush the experience, and allowed me to make my decesion at my own pace. Pam is outstanding a real pro. I bought the new car because of the service from Pam on my M37 the past few years. More

See below.** To make long story short, I had a very frustrating experience with a new (new to me at least) service rep at Circle, Ann Marie. The service manager, Todd, reached out to me. We spoke for almost an hour, and he went above and beyond to resolve the situation. His resolution was refreshing and well above expectation, particularly considering that Infiniti corporate said that there was nothing else that they would do. I have driven an Infiniti for the better part of the last 20 years, and prior to this frustration, I have had great experiences with both Circle Infiniti and other dealerships/service centers. Todd handled the situation incredibly well, and although I will not be working with Ann Marie, I will be returning to Circle Infiniti in the future. More
