I have a 2006 Q56. I bought it from a private seller and I noted on the carfax that there was a open recall on it. I called several dealers to make a appointment, but none were willing to see me right away. I noted on the carfax that there was a open recall on it. I reached Pam at Circle Infinity and she stated I could bring it in today and that she would be glad to help me. When I arrived to meet Pam, she informed me that there were two open recalls on the car, and offered me a loaner car for the day because it would take a while to complete the service. ( I didn't even buy the car from them )Then a gentleman named Tony Marino came to welcome me to the dealership and made me feel right at home. He gave me his card and told me if there was anything that he could do for me to make my visit more pleasant to please call him. I have never been treated this well from a dealership that I bought a car from let alone from one that I did not buy from.
