I recently leased a 2012 G25x, and I was very impressed with this dealership and with the car itself. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. The sales process was seamless - from my initial test drive, to the time I drove my new car off the lot. Jesse was so easy to work with. He was very professional, and he made me feel comfortable right away. He was extremely knowledgeable about every detail the car. From the test drive alone, I felt like I knew the car inside and out. My car was delivered in perfect condition. My delivery coordinator Brian gave me a refresher course on all of the features of my new car. He made sure I was an expert before letting me drive off the lot. I am 100% satisfied, and I would highly recommend this dealership. More
I worked with John Devoid over the phone to purchase a 2012 G37 6MT and it was by far the worst experience I have ever had attempting to buy a car. John was rude and obnoxious with not even a trace of pro 2012 G37 6MT and it was by far the worst experience I have ever had attempting to buy a car. John was rude and obnoxious with not even a trace of professionalism. I could not even finish a sentence without him interrupting and speaking over me. He did not want to listen to the options or color I wanted but rather tried selling me a car I didn't want. He became very frustrated when I asked questions regarding the G37 and furthermore he seemed to know almost nothing about the car (he asked me if I wanted to add options that Infiniti lists as standard equipment). When I was finally able to obtain a quote on the vehicle I wanted the price was high and when I told John his competitor beat the price he told me to "go buy it from them then because that's the best price your getting". Regarding the competetor John also said,"By the time they are done xxxxxxx around with you the price will be higher". I found this language very offensive and unprofessional. I read in other reviews people who liked Circle Infiniti however this man gives them a bad image, so much so that I did not even attempt to work with another sales person. I recieved MUCH better quotes from 2 other Infiniti dealers who were more courtious and willing to work with me so my $42,000 purchase will go to one of them. Good luck if you happen to get John Devoid as a sales person at Circle Infiniti. More

When I had a problem with scratches a week later (no fault of the dealer), Jim Russo was extremely helpful and took care of everything for me. My daughter dropped off my car in the morning before work and they had a loaner car waiting for her. She wasted no more than 5 minutes there, and when she picked up the car at the end of the day, it was again waiting for her. After many horrific experiences with car dealerships, Circle Infiniti made buying my new car a pleasure. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. More

First, I would like to thank, Joel Friedman, Steven Thieme and Jesse M. Chesson before I tell you, The reasons I chose Circle Infiniti. A little lengthy but, worth reading! I have been shopping for a CPO vehicle for about two weeks. In that time, I was only able to go to two dealerships, A Cadillac and a Nissan Dealer. Both of them had CPO vehicles or should I say "Supposedly CPO!" They all had tires that needed replacing besides the other items, electrical and mechanical that did not operate. When I arrived at Circle Infiniti, I was greeted by Joel Freidman. He showed me the vehicles that I was interested in and the first thing that I noticed, they all had new tires! I feel that if a dealership is too cheap to replace worn tires, that is a sign of Poor Management. Which also means that my relationship with them will always be treated in the same way.......Poorly! I mean come on we're talking about a vehicle selling for around $40,000.00! This vehicle, 2008 QX56 was in fact Certified to sold, not just because of the new tires. So, Joel Friedman and Steven Thieme and I sat down to negotiate. There were no games played in the negotiation which, I find to be very refreshing! Of course they didn't want me to leave without making a decision but, I told them that I wanted to think about the offer. There was no further pressure so, I left and after arriving home and thinking of how nice my experience was, I was ready to buy! Steven Thieme who is the Sales Manager was nice enough to secure our deal over the phone. When I arrive the next day to pick up my vehicle, I was treated to the receptionist asking me if I would like a beverage and Joel Friedman had all the paperwork ready for me including....Now get this, a One Year FREE Infiniti Assistant Program. Everything was completed in less than 30 minutes. upon leaving I was approached by another gentleman, Jesse M. Chesson. He is a "Delivery Coordinator" that stated, if needed and help in figuring how to operate anything in the vehicle, that I should call him!!!! More
