Had been in the market for a good value pre-owned car. I have a been a loyal customer to the Acura brand since 1989 and felt it was time for a change (nothing really against Acura by the way). Visited this dealership on Sunday 8/26/12 to take a look-see while they were closed and immediately found a 2005 G35X that fell with-in my price range. Returned home and submitted an online inquiry and was quickly contacted by Don via phone and email. Test drove the car on Thursday evening with Don's partner Brian who made me and the misses feel welcomed but not pressured. On Sat. the deal was completed and I drove the G35X home! I have to say the over-all experience from start to finish was by far the best I have experienced in a purchasing a vehicle. From the sales manager Steve to the extended warrenty associate Sherry...everyone was pleasant without the stero-typical sales pressure one normally associates with car buying. Special mention does go to Brian F. who I made the deal with as he was easy-going and made sure that I wanted to purchase the vehicle as opposed to him selling it to me it. Brian is relatively new to the position but from my experience he should have nice long successful career in this field (if he so choses to remain in it) as he knows how to treat people as does the entire Circle Infiniti group. I visited the dealership a couple of times in the past two weeks with my mom. We were looking at a new g25 for me. Ray was our salesperson and he was absolutely great. He took us on a few test drives and didn't get frustrated with me as I was trying to decide between a new or preowned car. He was knowledgeable on the car and very friendly. John DiLieto oversaw the quick, accurate diagnosis and repair of my car at a reasonable price. The entire staff, from the moment you pull up to the service entrance to the time you leave are all extremel repair of my car at a reasonable price. We drove 1 hour to this dealership after locating a Certified Pre-owned G37 sedan in their inventory, and it was worth it. Brian worked with us through the test drive, the negotiations, the closing and basically provided the best service start to finish that I have ever experienced in any car dealership. And we had been to LOTS of car dealerships in the past month while looking for a new car. I did not feel rushed, pressured, and felt that I was being dealt with honestly, unlike many other dealerships where I felt we were trying to one-up one another. Only thing missing was that the wheel locks that were supposed to be installed on the car were not there, but Brian immediately mailed them out the next day after I notified him. Hopefully, they should arrive soon. Despite the long distance, I'm planning to come to Circle for maintenance in the future simply due to their excellent service. Highly recommend. More
