Everything was thoroughly explained to me right after I arrived and a loaner was provided, as my service was expected to take several hours. My car was ready shortly after I returned and I was on my way! This dealership is not the closest dealership to my house, but it is the one I will continue to go to as a result of the incredible service I receive every single time I have gone there over the past ten years. Specifically, Ann Maria Trapani is both knowledgeable and a true pleasure to work with. She relates well to her customers and understands what's important to them.
