Was in NJ visiting friends and relatives. Mother was told about the quality of Infiniti by a friend and asked if I would join her to shop for a new car. I went to circle Infiniti I met Mark Bahary in sales and purchased a JX35 he did an outstanding job and helped me get this car on the day that I needed it. He was very professional and understanding to all purchased a JX35 he did an outstanding job and helped me get this car on the day that I needed it. He was very professional and understanding to all of my needs. At the time I picked up my car I noticed there were scratches on front bumper. Marc and his service manager Frank went out of there way to fix the problem. I met mark sales manager Brian Conway and told him that scratches were on bumper and he was rude and disrespectful he wanted to repaint the bumper and I told him no because its brand new car and it shouldn't have any scratches. Brian Conway only decided to do something for when I made a scene at the dealer so that's when he decided to do something by lowering the price of the vehicle and took a new bumper from another car More
