We are always treated courteously and any questions or issues with the car are always told to bring it right in and we are helped immediately. For example Kevin (service tech) told us if we had any issues with getting the garage door openers to work he would come over and set it for us! Additionally I had an issue with the automatic start (user error) and when I drove it back, Irwin Kevin and Brian came out to see if they could help me. I've been shopping around for a new car and have been test driving at several dealerships in Monmouth County over the past couple of weeks. The girls up front were pleasant and helpful. Andy could not have been more informative or patient. He is an excellent salesman who took time to answer my questions clearly and honestly. I never felt rushed or pressured during the test drive or our later discussion. Even though the pricing couldnt match the offer I received elsewhere, based on the people I came in contact with at Circle Infiniti it was definitely a much better experience than at some of the other places I shopped.
