First, we are a returning customer - we had received solid service throughout the term of our previous lease that we were positively predisposed to return. Third, the people in the dealership - from the door man to the general management, are all very outgoing and nice (and not in the "you look like money to me" kind of nice) Fourth, the negotiation felt honest and straight forward - I didn't get the feeling like everyone was having a good laugh at my expense as I left the dealership because I was the poster child for "How NOT to negotiate" - net: I felt I got a good deal and am happy about it. Lastly, our sales person was eminently relatable and knowledgable which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Well Done. More

It has been over a week since we took delivery of our 2013 Infiniti G37x and want to share our experience with Circle Infiniti, DJ, Steve and Tony. The week of February 10, DJ Johnson responded to our internet inquiry. On Saturday February 16 we met with DJ. We told DJ we were just looking and wanted to consider the G37x. DJ provided us with a great deal of information about the G37x and we also had a test drive. We told him we would discuss and advise him of our decision. There was no pressure or hard sell at all. We were sold on DJ, but needed to think about switching to the G37x. After much consideration, research and feedback from friends that own Infiniti, we made the decision to go with the G37x. Not just a great car, but we decided to work with DJ Johnson. DJ and his sales manager Tony Marino came up with a lease payment and terms that totally met our requirements. On March 18, when we came in to get the car, all the paper work was ready and the car was prepped. When it came time to take the car, product specialist Steve Hornacek provided a thorough review of the cars features. We have previously leased four other vehicles and we have to say this has been the best car leasing experience we have had. DJ was courteous, professional and personable throughout.
