My vehicle needed to be serviced. I am usually hesitant to go to a maintenance shop and expect to be in and out quickly, with a smile on my face. My car runs like its brand new, all of the info I needed was provided by Ann and the place was clean and kept well. Ann was great to deal with and talk to. This is our 4th Infiniti we have leased from this dealership. This is a very family friendly dealership. We have a great relationship with Brian and Irwin. We are always treated courteously and any questions or issues with the car are always told to bring it right in and we are helped immediately. For example Kevin (service tech) told us if we had any issues with getting the garage door openers to work he would come over and set it for us! Additionally I had an issue with the automatic start (user error) and when I drove it back, Irwin Kevin and Brian came out to see if they could help me. I've been shopping around for a new car and have been test driving at several dealerships in Monmouth County over the past couple of weeks. Although I did not ulitmately buy from Circle, I wanted to been test driving at several dealerships in Monmouth County over the past couple of weeks. Although I did not ulitmately buy from Circle, I wanted to let management there know that my experience at their showroom with the receptionists and with Andy G was excellent. The girls up front were pleasant and helpful. Andy could not have been more informative or patient. He is an excellent salesman who took time to answer my questions clearly and honestly. I never felt rushed or pressured during the test drive or our later discussion. Even though the pricing couldnt match the offer I received elsewhere, based on the people I came in contact with at Circle Infiniti it was definitely a much better experience than at some of the other places I shopped.
