My salesman was DJ Johnson. I contacted Circle Infiniti via the internet at approximately 12 noon on Saturday. I received a call from DJ approximately 15 minutes after sending price request. I gave him more details about the G37X I was interested in purchasing and the VIN number of the car I was trading in. He said he would call me back shortly with a price. Within 15 minutes, he callled back and gave a lease and purchase price and the approximate price of the trade in.. I was very satisfied with the numbers he gave me. I told him I would call him back with a decision. At approximately 2:30 I told we were coming to buy the car. We arrived at 3pm. He had already spoken to our car insurance agent, had run our credit score and had the G37X parked near the entrance to building. We looked at the car and agreed we wanted to purchase it. We went to his desk and confirmed the price of the new car. He had their mechanic look at our trade in and began the paper work on the purchase. During the paper work process he actually jogged away twice to make sure the new car was being preped and the trade in was being inspected. He gave me the exact price I was expecting for my trade in. By 5pm we were ready to sit and sign the sale agreement. While I was signing the paper work DJ had Steve Hornacek show my wife how to use all the bells and whistles in the car since the car is hers. By by 6pm, we were getting in our new car. DJ was great. From my first conversation until we drove away with the new car, he was easy to deal with. He was very clear and specific with all the details. He hustled to allow us to drive out of the dealership with the new car. This was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have had. After we started to make a deal, while we were waiting Ray introduced me to the staff a showed me around the dealership. Kevin, the vehicle expert, showed me every function in the G37, and said to call anytime if I had questions. Never have I been treated so well at a dealership or been made to feel appreciated so much for my business. They really bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied. The salesman (Ray) called the next day to make sure I was happy with he car. Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. More

Great experience getting a car here. I leased a 2013 G37x sedan from DJ this afternoon. I traveled from Manhattan to Circle Infiniti via public transportation, and they were very respectful of my time. Their numbers were honest , they followed through on everything we'd agreed before hand, and in general I felt treated with respect. We signed for the car and drove off the dealership in under an hour. Highly recommended. I chose this dealership even though it's really far away from me because of a recommendation from a colleague who'd leased 2 cars there and it was totally worth the travel time. Andrey N. More
