I reached out to Circle Infiniti when I decided it was time to buy a new car and am pleased I did so. I went into the car buying process well informed and had a fairly no-nonsense approach despite it bein time to buy a new car and am pleased I did so. I had reservations about pulling the trigger despite offers from competitors but Brian made it clear they wanted my business and would stand behind the brand and store 100%. When he says something, he means it and in this case that meant getting me approved through IFS with little worry. There was a little confusion when he was supposed to run my car for a deposit but hadnt gotten a chance to (imagine my surprise...take my money already!) but it was later taken care of. Having been on the other side of the desk in the past I know what a dreadful and frustration process it can all be. Thankfully Circle has DJ as your point of contact when you call in and had it not been for his professional, open approach I very well may have looked elsewhere as I had already done with a certain local Acura dealer. I'm sure having a specific car in mind (6 speed manual sedan) helped build rapport as there was no need to pry but he was very helpful and helped ease my mind. Always on the go but seldom for fun I knew I wasnt going to be able to pick up my plates for at least a couple weeks so DJ offered to mail them to me. When I responded he ensured it got out same day so I could receive them the next. Thanks! All in all I'm glad I was recommended here, especially it being my local dealer. My only complaint really is that the car couldve been cleaner having 11 miles on it (four my test drive). DJ immediately brought it to Brians attention who had a detailer touching up spots in under a minute. I'm already interested in the Q50 and want to purchase and EX35/37 so I'm sure I'll be back if for nothing but to indulge in their mini bakery while you wait. Thanks Circle -MK More

The overall experience at Circle was great. Everyone within the dealership was friendly and my representative, DJ was very accommodating throughout the entire process. As the dealership was a fair distance from my home, a lot of the preliminary negotiations were addressed up front via email and the credit application was also able to be completed in advance making the overall purchase go very smoothly once I did go to the dealership. DJ met me as scheduled and was both professional and personable throughout the entire sales process. Even following the sale, he's checked in with me on a fairly regular basis just to make sure I'm satisfied with the purchase and that everything is working properly. I'd recommend both Circle Infiniti and specifically DJ for anyone interested in an Infiniti vehicle. More

Although we were not able to work out a deal, Dj proved to be friendly, courteous and professional in the extreme. Inasmuch as I was looking for a pre-owned Infiniti G37xS(only an S sedan would do and onl to be friendly, courteous and professional in the extreme. Inasmuch as I was looking for a pre-owned Infiniti G37xS(only an S sedan would do and only with way low mileage) we were not able to find a match. They're a bit hard to find. Had I been able to afford a new one, I have no doubt that we would have done business. Nonetheless the interchange was a pleasure, and I would recommend anyone looking for an Infiniti in the NY, NJ or PA area to check with Circle Infiniti and ask to work with Dj. A quality dude for sure. The sales manager, Steve, also tried full out to find what I needed. 1st class all around. More

However, after working with DJ at Circle Infinity I couldn't be any happier to review my experience. My wife originally reached out to DJ via email to get a quote for a lease on a G37. DJ was quick to respond and after a brief conversation on the phone he was able to quote me a price on the new vehicle along with what my trade in value would be. I quickly went to the dealership and test drove the G37. DJ was friendly and knowledgable of the G37 and I fell in love with the car immediately. When we returned to the showroom DJ was able to pull together the paperwork that was needed and walked me through the process to purchase the automobile and we scheduled a delivery date. Upon my return for the delivery DJ had already switched my insurance and had everything worked out with my trade in. The delivery went smooth and I was out the door in my new G37. The entire process was smooth without any problems or issues. I have bought cars in the past and have felt rushed and pressured. This was not the case with DJ or Circle Infinity. I can't say enough good things about DJ. I would recommend DJ and Circle Infinity to anyone who is interested in buying a new car. More
