From the moment i walked in I received white glove service. Mr Mark Bahary greeted me at the door and after a brief discussion of my budget and needs I was test driving a G37x. I was on a tight schedule that afternoon so within 30 minutes including my test drive we had negotiated a price. Mark told me to stop by the next day and my car would be ready in the afternoon. Sure enough, I was 15 minutes early and he had everything printed out and ready to go. From start to finish the dealership experience was amazing. This is my 1st time purchasing from Circle Infinity and I can tell you I am very pleased with the new car performance and the customer service. I went to Circle Infiniti in Jan to find out about the Infiniti JX. I met with DJ who showed us the car and its features. I told him that we would like to lease the vehicle around Apr/May time-frame. I se Infiniti JX. I met with DJ who showed us the car and its features. I told him that we would like to lease the vehicle around Apr/May time-frame. I sent out a online inquiry this month about a JX i was interested and DJ promptly called me back and told me about the current offers on the JX. We started a online negotiation over email and went in the next day to appraise our old vehicle for trade-in. Once again DJ was patient with me and my wife, going over the vehicle and its features and also did another test drive. DJ worked with his manager Tony to get us a fair deal and we put in a deposit. At not point there was any pressure or pushing to buy the car. The next day I figured that due to some mis-communication the car I had selected did not have the package I was specifically looking for. DJ called and offered me to come in and check out an other vehicle with the packages i needed. Luckily they had couple in stock and we finalized on a deal for this car. I submitted the online credit app and we took delivery of the car over the weekend. Kevin the delivery coordinator helped us understand all the tech features of the new vehicle. Overall I was satisfied with the experience at Circle Infiniti, I recommend DJ for anyone visiting Circle Infiniti. More

just picked up my brand new 2013 g37x awd sedan. Love this car. What was so great was actually the salesman and manager who helped me. Andy Gagliardi was so helpful in answering my questions.
