I had an exceptional experience purchasing my car last Saturday from Circle Infiniti. After test driving at a different locations and not being thrilled with the sales people I was dealing with or the ans Saturday from Circle Infiniti. When I called Circle Infiniti I was invited to come over. When arriving at the dealership I was introduced to Jeff Halpern. Again I was shocked with how knowledgeable, professional and helpful he was. This was so refreshing to me after dealing with numerous other car salesmens the prior couple of days when deciding which car was right for me. The entire buying process was quick and enjoyable. I never felt rushed or pressured at anytime during my visit. Tony Marino the Sales Manager was also amazing to work with. He was very patient when going over all of my leasing options along with answering every one of my 200 questions. I would recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family. Max D More
From our first conversation with DJ Johnson until driving our new Infiniti off the lot he was informative, a great listener, attentive, knowledgeable, and provided stellar customer service. Throughout the entire process he stayed in constant contact with us making sure we were informed of our progress. His follow-up and follow through went well beyond our expectations! We picked up our car yesterday which was DJ's ONLY day off. Didn't matter to him...he wanted to make sure we had a pleasurable experience from beginning to end. So he came in on his day off and spent a couple hours with us. In fact there were a several marks on the car left from the protective white tape the manufacturers put on during shipping. It can only be removed with a special solution and a lot of elbow grease. DJ was down on his hands and knees cleaning them off! It's refreshing to find a professional in an industry carrying such a stereotype of fast talking slick sales people that understands customer service to the degree the DJ does. Finally when it came to talking price our discussion wasn't him against us. it was a collaborative.We came to a fair price that we accepted in a matter of a few minutes. After signing all the papers DJ spent about 30 minutes reviewing all the value adds we would be receiving from Circle. If you want a GREAT buying experience do yourself a favor "Call DJ Johnson"! John DiLieto was very friendly and helpful. He priced tires for me and was able to give me a great rate due to a running promotion. He also went above and beyond by sending me my original aluminum stem tires for me and was able to give me a great rate due to a running promotion. He also went above and beyond by sending me my original aluminum stem caps back to me by US Mail when the tech inadvertently replaced them with plastic stem caps. He is not pushy and offers reasonable suggestions regarding cost effective vehicle maintenance. I highly recommend John to those looking for a service rep that talks straight. More
I love my new g 37 . Dealling with most of the staff at Circle was great. DJ was fantastic, he was very knowledgable and helpful. From the first email and phone call to the time I actually drove off the lot with my new JX, my experience at Circle Infiniti with DJ Johnson was a good one. He was very responsive and informative and didn't pressure me to come in. When I finally did make it in to the dealership with my wife, we looked over the JX with DJs assistance and he took us both out for an extended test drive so we could feel the truck on a few different types of driving situations, rather than the typical, around the block test drive which is really not much. DJ was very pleasant to work with, not pushy or trying to pressure us into anything. I came back 2 weeks later with my current truck for an appraisal and DJ was able to get me, slightly less than I was looking for, but nonetheless, I didn't have to deal with the hassle of putting it up on my own and showing the truck to various random people from Craigslist. When it came down the actual JX that we got, DJ was able to get us into the truck we wanted, with more options than we originally wanted/needed/requested, for less than what we were looking to pay. I'd say it was a win and we are very happy with the situation and we would definitely recommend DJ Johnson to our friends and our future Infiniti purchases. Thanks to Tony Marino for helping put us into the color truck (interior and exterior) we wanted as our first choice. Also a thank you to Brian Conway for taking care of the contract and making sure everything went smooth. Kevin Reynolds as well for spending about 90 minutes with us to show us all the bells and whistles inside and out of that truck and for answering whatever questions that came your way. More
Let me start off by saying I hate shopping for cars and dealing with car salesman . I was coming to the end of my lease on my g37 . I didn't have a pleasurable experience when I purchased my previous car at Circle and was ready to go to ray catenary which is a 45 min drive away. A good friend of mine (John Carvelli) told me to call his friend Andy Gags . I did and Andy was a dream come true . His no nonsense no BS approach made this purchases dream come true. I am so grateful to John for his recommendation. I got to get a new G37 and not have to go through the game playing that gives car salesman a bad name. Then upon delivery it turns out that Andy and my husband went to same High School( msgr Farrell) I am so glad I gave Andy and Circl Infiniti another chance and as long as Andy is there I will keep coming back More
