Prior to making my appointment for my 60k service, I contacted John DiLieto with a few questions and then a few more follow up questions. He answered each inquiry right away. My overall experience with Circle Infinity was excellent. I would have liked to have given Circle Infinity 5 Starts across the board, but I did think they were a little pricey. That said, I anticipated some extra cost being serviced at a dealer and I left knowing my car was serviced by professionals that work on Infinity's day in and day out so would definitely go back as it was worth the extra money to insure my car was serviced properly. I had a pleasure dealing with Circle Infiniti for my first Infiniti purhcase last week. I actually emailed them requesting a deal on a 2013 G37 and I was pleasantly surprised when DJ emailed and called first Infiniti purhcase last week. I actually emailed them requesting a deal on a 2013 G37 and I was pleasantly surprised when DJ emailed and called me within a few minutes. He was very nice and curteous. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and assured me that if he could make the deal happen he would. He was not pushy or over aggressive. Within about an hour we had agreed on numbers and he said he could deliver the vehicle to me the next day. I was really impressed with the turn around and level of service and I had not even walked into the dealership. The next day on 6/21/13 I met DJ at Circle Infiniti at 9:30AM. The dealership was very nice and we were instantly greeted upon entering. The receptionist offered us coffee and or a bagel in the lounge area. My wife and I were impressed as we had not been into a nicer dealership. We sat down and he had alredy done all the paperwork. I was also introduced to a product specialist that went over the car with me and help answer any particular questions I had with the car. Definitely a nice touch. Overall I was extremely satisfied with my experience. I would highly recommend DJ from Circle Infiniti and if I decide to lease again in 24 months I will certainly use them again. More
I visited Circle Infiniti on June 12 and was greetedby John Dillieto. I was unsure of the cause of a vibration when I depressed the brake pedal at highway speed. John assured me that a technician would test drive the car and diagnose the problem. The problem was diagnosed and remedied. John's knowledge and helpfulness is exemplary. Great dealership, great sales department and great service department........the staff is the reason for this opinion and John Dillieto is a prime example of the staff at Circle Infiniti. I contacted DJ online to begin with and received a quote on a JX. I visited the dealership and DJ took my family and I for a test drive a thoroughly explained all of the features of the vehicle. We got back to the dealership and they didn't have the exact features we wanted in a color that we wanted. They actually did have the color I had asked for in my initial email correspondence with DJ but when we saw it in person we did not like it. DJ searched the inventory and found a car that had a few more features in a color that we liked. He was able to bring the price down to nearly what the less featured car was going to cost. In the end I am actually glad we got the more heavily optioned car. Overall DJ was very informative and upfront with everything. I didn't have to push to get a fair price. Upon delivery Kevin spent a great deal of time going over every feature of the car with is. The closing of the deal did not contain any high pressure up-sells. A few things like prepaid maintenance were explained and offered but when I declined there was no push back. When I went back to pick up the plates my wife had some additional questions and someone sat with her and went over everything. While that was happening DJ noticed some whit marks on the car and I saw him wiping the car with a towel to help get rid of them. I didn't expect something like that since I had already had the car for almost two weeks and any dirt on it was definitely nothing he or the dealership had caused. On initial delivery yes, but two weeks later it was something he didn't have to do, so I was impressed. While that was going on I had a few questions about the numbers and the manager sat down at the computer screen and went over everything with me again. Overall a very good experience. Never felt pressured, no tricks just a easy transaction from start to finish. The JX is awesome and I would definitely recommend it and the dealership to anyone. More

John Dilieto is a true service professional. My car was taken promptly and what had to be done was clearly explained. The service waiting area is comfortable and stocked with all kinds of goodies.
