I purchase my 2010 Infinity at a BMW dealership. Since it was still under warranty, I wanted to have a few things checked out by an Infinity dealership. An overall fantastic experience. I established e-mail contact with DJ on a Monday morning and we had agreed to the terms of a lease deal for a JX-35 within hours with just a few back-and-forth e-mails an contact with DJ on a Monday morning and we had agreed to the terms of a lease deal for a JX-35 within hours with just a few back-and-forth e-mails and one or two phone calls. All car sales/negotiations should go this smoothly and people would enjoy the process more! During the whole process, my wife stopped by the dealership physically to test drive the JX-35 model we were interested in leasing and to have her functional questions answered while I handled the leasing/economic aspects remotely with DJ via phone and e-mail. DJ was very professional and friendly and took the time to address all of our questions and concerns without any sales pressure. They gave me fair value for my trade-in vehicle which helped defray the costs and put money in my pocket and worked out a very fair and reasonable lease price which had me eager to close the deal ASAP. On Tuesday night (one day later), I met DJ and the Circle team for the first time in person, finalized the terms of the deal and drove away that night in my new leased car. Sherry Horelick, the Elite Manager, was super friendly and did a good job of explaining certain incentive and protection programs at Circle Infiniti for tires and maintenance, and Marcus Bowles spent over an hour with me setting me up in my new car and going over the various bells and whistles that I would need to know about the car. He even said he would give a separate tutorial to my wife on a different day if she came back (which she will) since she could not be there in person that day before we took delivery. Overall, I could not have been more happy with my entire experience with DJ in Sales and the entire Circle Infiniti team. I highly recommend DJ and the entire team at Circle to anybody who wants to buy or lease an Infiniti. More

I traveled on Labor Day 90 minutes to Circl Infiniti to purchase a per owner Infiniti. I had spoken to Mr Gagliardi prior on the phone. My only disappointment was with his manager , he kept on saying "your a local customer" several times even after we corrected him.
