As i entered the dealership i was greeted with a warm smile and a firm handshake from Ray Andrews. I expressed my needs to him and he understood completely what i was looking for. We went over cars, in which he explained in detail what each car has. I enjoyed Rays ability to inform me about pretty much whatever question i had. My recent visit to Circle Infiniti was a pleasure, my expectations and experience with car dealerships have not always been very pleasant, I found Mark Bahary to be a pleasure, he made me and my wife fee expectations and experience with car dealerships have not always been very pleasant, I found Mark Bahary to be a pleasure, he made me and my wife feel at home. He was very knowledgeable and easy going, just what this doctor ordered! I have contacted a few times since out visit sometimes with the novice questions and he was very helpful .I compared prices with this dealer and others and found what Mark had offered us to be the best price i was given, I hope to return and follow through as soon as our lease is up! The dealership as a whole was fantastic. I purchased a new Infiniti q50 from Don. He was very respectful of my time and made sure everything went smooth during the delivery process. I decided to add a couple of optional extras to my G37 and after being a little less then pleased with the service I had received at more local dealers, I remembered the exceptional service received at C and after being a little less then pleased with the service I had received at more local dealers, I remembered the exceptional service received at Circle Infiniti several years ago when I owned an older Infiniti and was pleased to find out Todd Rovinsky was still at their service department. Todd is more then just a service writer, he knows the product he deals with and understands my wants and needs almost better then I do myself. I plan using Circle Infiniti and Todd Rovinsky as my future go to service center for my car. Thanks for all the help you gave me Todd, its very much appreciated. More
