This is my second time dealing with Circle Infiniti, and with good reason. My salesman, DJ Johnson, was very patient with me, as I was very specific in terms of the vehicle I wanted, and the price point I wanted to be at. DJ was able to make my desire to be behind the wheel of an Infiniti achievable once more. He is an excellent people person, and truly wants what is best for the customer. He will not steer you wrong! Sherry Horelick, explained the benefits of a maintenance plan, which would save a considerable amount of money, hundreds of dollars in the long run, by adding the plan to my purchase. Marcus Bowles was in charge of explaining the car upon delivery, the various features of the vehicle and how to use them. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and definitely the right personality type for the position. Brian Conway, who was my first salesman, is now a manager at the dealership, and pretty much went over the agreement and addressed any questions/concerns I had. I was impressed that he remembered me after 5 years of leasing me my first G Sedan, which says a lot considering how many people he must meet and deal with over the years. In short, I would definitely recommend Circle Infiniti to anyone who is in the market for a well made luxury car, and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to DJ Johnson to make it happen. More

My G37 AWD was a great vehicle and I was interested in their new models. I submitted an online inquiry about the new Q50 AWD. Within 24 hours I was contacted by their internet sales consultant DJ Johnson. The Q50 has many upgrades from my present G37 and DJ spent a lot of phone time explaining all of the new features. We picked out the color, added the options and within 2 days I had the best lease quote of the 3 dealers I had contacted. DJ gave me the best and fairest price without any hassle or pressure. Several days later I picked up the car. This also was a very quick and easy process. DJ had the paperwork already processed and ready to sign. The Q50 was prepped and parked right by the front door. Kevin Reynolds, the Product Specialist, spent as much time as I needed patiently and thoroughly explaining all of the Q50?s features and functions. I didn't expect much initially when I received a call back from DJ about an Internet inquiry. I already had a semi formalized deal with a different dealer for the same car. The other dealership was offering me incentives for being a repeat and loyal customer and I thought I had an advantage staying with the same dealership. DJ worked with me in not only getting a better deal than the so called loyal customer special but got me into an upgraded car at the same price point. Obviously when comparing the same car across multiple dealerships the best price for me is always going to win. However, DJ not only got me the best deal but he provided an incredible experience and friendly no pressure demeanor that is hard to come by from a sales organization.
