Purchased a CPO 2011 G37xS. DJ and I first made contact a couple of months ago, on a very similar vehicle. Saw this one, decided to finally give the G the full look. I took the first test drive, then another day brought the family to check out the G - that day, with lots of smiles about the G37, I signed the papers. DJ and the team made the shopping and buying process easy. They were flexible, friendly, and treated us professionally. They made us feel welcome. Nothing was rushed, but nothing was drawn out either. DJ knew his products, and presented everything positively. The G37 was in competition with two other manufacturers, and my trade-in; he never knocked them, and presented features of the G37 that would work better for me. With pricing, we quickly got to good numbers, and I felt like it was more of a discussion than a negotiation. I had a number of questions, sent emails, DJ responded quickly. Steve said I got the best car he had on his lot, and even though there were other fine G37s there I sure felt I picked the winner. Sherry went through additional services, she knew her products, I bought Elite Protection. Kevin got me trained up on the features, much appreciated, there is a lot of technology in the G37 but with that training I quickly got familiar. Both DJ and Sherry recommended researching the car, the services, Circle Infiniti, and them, and I did with good results. This was the end of a long search for the "right" car, and I found it at a place that I'd be happy to do business with again. More
This was my first time leasing a car. I have been through the buying process with a couple other dealers and most were pushy, stubborn or just out right disrespectful. I was looking into the g37 x but was a little out of my price range but when I met with dj he was friendly and very polite he was nothing like any other dealer. We sat down for quite a while talking about numerous things .when it came down to the numbers he worked with me and came out with a price that worked. Purchasing my Infiniti was an excellent experience at Circle Infiniti and would not have been happier going anywhere else I highly recommend this dealership because I will continue to bring my service there. I was interested in leasing a new Q50 for my wife as a Christmas gift. I saw an advertizement for the car I wanted at an attractive price. DJ immediately contacted me back discreetly (knowing this is a possible gift) and told me the deal posted included an Infiniti loyalty rebate that unfortunately I didn't qualify for. He did do some digging and found I was eligible for another rebate. i told him I wanted a Hagane Blue Q50 AWD Premium with Navigation. I gave him the id number form the web site. DJ told me in an e-mail what I would be paying and I ststed, if that's the deal, I'll take it. Of course I had trepadations that once I arrived at the dealership, additional costs would increase my payment. When I arrived with my daughter, DJ already brought the exact car I inquired about to the dealer from offsite parking. We went inside and he has already started some of the paperwork. We agreed on the price that we spoke about in the e-mail and it did not change. DJ had the car sent in for detailing immediately so we could take it home that day (Saturday). This was by far the easiest, most stress free car purchase I've ever had and I greatly appreciate the efforts by DJ and the dealership to make this experience so easy. I highly recommend this dealership, and moreso, this salesman. More

We started shopping for a new vehicle in October, Infiniti was one of 4 brands we were looking into. In meeting our internet consultant D J Johnson, he did an excellant job in explaining the feature Infiniti was one of 4 brands we were looking into. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, he was patient, professional. D J set aside some time to meet with me and arrange a test drive. My wife and I then needed to choose the options , color . We did do some comparison price shopping and DJ was quick to respond to our requests for pricing and availability. We had a delay in getting back to him to make a decession, again he was patient, kept in touch with us and when we were able to take the time to finalize a purchase he was there to make it all happen. Other dealer sales people were not as patient, knowledgeable, and helpful in putting together a price that we all were happy with. They wanted us to commit to buying "today" before they would give us a firm price. This did not happen with D J .
