I have come to this dealership many times for my qx80. Every time is such a great experience. The staff is so wonderful, professional, friendly, and patient. Consistant superior service - I've had no issued since 2015 with this dealership. My latest infiniti QX50 had a lane departure malfunction, I called and within a few days (because of my schedule - they of 2015 with this dealership. My latest infiniti QX50 had a lane departure malfunction, I called and within a few days (because of my schedule - they offered the next day) they had me in with a loaner. You EXPECT certain attention with a luxury vehicle, but Mike (and Tony the GM) handled the process with exceptional expertise. I was contacted regulary. My car was available as promised with no suprises - No, I am not family - but I could not have asked for more. THANK YOU I probably will not need anything more than routine oil changes from this point, but its nice to know no matter what the issue it will be handled quickly and professionally. Buy the way - my car looked like NEW when I picked it up! More
