I use Circle Hyundai for my 11 year old Sonata and have always been satisfied with the service. Miguel in service dept. was extremely courteous and promised he would have the car done as soon as possible. They fixed the car in a timely manner & found some other small things that needed fixing & the car was ready by 5P. EXCELLENT SERVICE More

From the moment we stepped onto the lot, her warmth and professionalism stood out. We are a family of 5. We have a teenage daughter, a growing pre-teen son, and a disabled daughter. Due to our daughgers disability she will need to be in a car seat for the foreseeable future. This has proven to complicate our comfort while traveling. Especially since we often drive back and forth to Florida to visit our family. Having a 3rd row vehicle was imperative to us. We also preferred a vehicle with top of the line safety ratings. We decided that the 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe not only met, but exceeded all of our families expectations. This SUV is remarkable! Here’s why Haley deserves all the accolades: ATTENTIVENESS AND PATIENCE: Haley took the time to understand our needs, preferences, and budget. She patiently answered our questions, never rushing or pressuring us. EXPERTISE: Her knowledge of the vehicles was impressive. She explained features, safety ratings, and performance details with clarity. We felt confident in our choices. GENUINE CARE: Haley went above and beyond. She offered us a bottle of water during the test drive and ensured we were comfortable throughout the process. SMOOTH NEGOTIATIONS: Negotiating can be stressful, but Haley made it seamless. Her transparency and honesty were refreshing. AFTER-SALE SUPPORT: Even after the purchase, she followed up to ensure everything was going well. That level of commitment is rare and appreciated. $7500 over list price! ! I went there to buy an Ionic 5 but these guys are trying to pocket the Federal tax credit for themselves. They list it as a line item right on the ! Not happy with their service. Had the car towed for blinking engine light. They said they need to replace two coils and two fuel injectors$2600 which I thought was ridiculous but Had the car towed for blinking engine light. They said they need to replace two coils and two fuel injectors$2600 which I thought was ridiculous but figured it’s already there, just fix it. It was there two weeks. They called and said they fix and cleared the errors, no longer blinking ok to drive but that they THINK it’s off timing. The total cost would be $8,000. We said no way. Car is not even worth 3,000. We paid the 2800 and drove home 15 minute ride the engine light was blinking again. Called and was told it’s the timing and since we didn’t care to have that fixed we’re stuck with the problem. I immediately asked to speak to a manager which they said would call me but didn’t. I called a friend who has a car computer and all the codes they claimed they corrected and cleared showed up again. I think they don’t know what’s happening are only exploring and taking advantage of me. I’m definitely going to dispute the service and costs.!!! Thieves!!!! More
Went out to my 2016 Hyundai Elantra today to get my babies groceries out of the trunk. I tried to pull the lever from inside the car that pops the trunk open and nothing. So I attempted to open the trunk with my car fob/remote and all I hear is a click sound but still my trunk will not open. So I called Circle Hyundai Shrewsbury (place where I originally purchased the car and have it serviced with) and was told I could make an appointment for an analysis for $200!!!!!!@!@!! Are you frigging kidding me. I could barely afford my babies groceries that are trapped in the trunk! So now, $200 for analysis and how much to fix the truck malfunction? THIS IS NOT A NORMAL CAR PROBLEM. More
