I purched my Dodge from Tally's which is now closed never had any problems with Tally's service it was always supreme. then i went to circle..NEVER AGAIN The absolute worst service ever! Ron is rude and won' had any problems with Tally's service it was always supreme. then i went to circle..NEVER AGAIN The absolute worst service ever! Ron is rude and won't even face you he talks from out of sight range. the man should be slapped. I am still in shock. the entire servise department was just standing around bs'ing about their weekend plans ignoring me I stood there for 10mins while they finished there conversation. The lot is a disgrace those men should've been walking around cleaning if they had nothing to do. I can not believe Dodge closed Tally's and kept this place open.. I will take my car to a gas station that doesn't speak english before I'd bring it there again. More
dodge held my car hostage for THREE DAYS. i made the appointment 5 days ahead for a friday. friday i waited by the phone ALL DAY. heard nothing. i called them 3 times! each time i got nothing. i told th appointment 5 days ahead for a friday. friday i waited by the phone ALL DAY. heard nothing. i called them 3 times! each time i got nothing. i told them i needed my car for work. they promised it by the end of the day. well when i called, service was closed til monday! THEY LEFT ON A FRIDAY NIGHT KNOWING THEY WOULD NOT BE BACK TIL MONDAY! i had to borrow cars, miss apointments, and miss work. on saturday we saw the general manager about it and he was RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. he just stood there and said there was nothing he could do and even yelled at my mother! didnt try to call any of the service guys, did nothing. i finally got the car back monday. NEVER GO THERE FOR SERVICE. i reported them to the bbb and was mailed their response, they fabricated half the story. making up stuff i never said. said they didnt have my phone number, just the one from last year. MY PHONE NUMBER HASNT CHANGED IN 20 YEARS. More
I am not sure if I would recommend this dealership for purchases anything yet! I had to bring in my brand new '08 Dakota for a drivers door problem and found out the moulding had to be replaced.....3 fu purchases anything yet! I had to bring in my brand new '08 Dakota for a drivers door problem and found out the moulding had to be replaced.....3 full days later I am able to get my truck back. It was filthy,disgusting, smelled of cigarettes and the door now looks bowed out! The best part is the fact that I dropped off the truck with 702 miles and got it back with 964 miles. WOW...Where did they go for 3 days! The kicker is the Body shop it went to was 0.5 miles down the road! We will see today what they have to say and how they will be satisfying this enornoous problem! More
I HAVE PURCHASED 6 VEHICLES IN THE PAST 9 YEARS FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. FOR MY BUSINESS I PURCHASED 1 DAKOTA, 1 RAM, 2 CONVERSION VANS, AND FOR PERSONAL USE I HAVE PURCHASED 1 STRATUS AND 1 MINIVAN. i HAVE D DEALERSHIP. FOR MY BUSINESS I PURCHASED 1 DAKOTA, 1 RAM, 2 CONVERSION VANS, AND FOR PERSONAL USE I HAVE PURCHASED 1 STRATUS AND 1 MINIVAN. i HAVE DELT WITH GARY ON EVERY PURCHASE AND HAVE BEEN TREATED RESPECTFULLY. THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE IS WITH THE SERVICE DEPT. THEY ARE SLOW, RUDE, AND HAVE HAD TO BRING VEHICLES BACK SEVERAL TIMES FOR THE SAME PROBLEM. IN CONCLUSION, I GIVE THE SALES STAFF A PERFECT 10 AND THE SERVICE STAFF A 5 AT BEST. More
