Always great service as a company. Some of the reps could have been friendlier though. A select few acted like they absolutely hated their job and I was a big inconvenience. Not something you want to see after a $40k car purchase and $600 service. Makes me think employees aren’t being taken care of and perhaps they need to be valued more, as morale appears very low. The guy who checked me out at the end was nice though. More

I can't recommend Justin and Circle BMW highly enough. Justin is a great guy and he made the whole buying experience a pleasure. We used Circle BMW over the last 3 years to service an m340i that we got from another dealer a few years ago. Circle's service was always excellent, but when we had a minor issue with something and their Service Manager stepped up to make sure we were looked after, we were only ever going to buy our next BMW from Circle. Thanks again to everyone, especially Justin. I would highly recommend Justin and Circle BMW. More
