I live in queens new york so Circle BMW in eatontown is not a quick ride for me by any means but it is a ride I am prepared to take for any new car I am getting in the future. Chastin took the time to go over everything with me carefully and honestly which is something I have had a hard time finding in my previous car purchases. I contribute this to all the staff at BMW but must focus on client advisor Chastin Savage as he really made the experience pain free and was so awesome to deal with. We have dealt with many dealers in the past and usually dread going. This was the best experience we have had and highly recommend any one interested in buying a BMW to definitely go to this dealership. We ordered a new BMW and the process was pleasant, quick and efficient from start to finish. You may remember that the car "died" as it entered the bay. It was the fuel pump that failed. I just want to thank you for your help getting the car serviced and providing a rental for me. What could have been a difficult 24 hours turned out just fine. I was able to get to my niece's "Special Person Day" which made me happy and my neice as well. You were kind and resourceful and I appreciated your good and speedy service. Feel free to pass this on to your manager. After having owned four Acura cars before this, the time was right to look into a BMW (which I have always wanted). We called the dealer, made an appointment, and after negotiating bother the trade in and price of the BMW, we finalized the sale. I am thrilled with the car and extremely impressed with our client advisor Danny Wong and all the other people involved with the final sale of the car. All my questions were answered completely and to my satisfaction. Time was taken to explain the many features that came this model. My overall experience was very positive and I look forward to my visits in the future for service. It is nice to know that I can get a loaner car when service is needed and enjoy the variety of culinary treats while I'm there. It is true what they say, BMW is truly the ultimate driving machine. I shopped for a BMW in the past at several other dealerships and no matter how much I liked the cars I refused to do business with them. I have had several Mercedes because the other BMW dealership dealerships and no matter how much I liked the cars I refused to do business with them. I have had several Mercedes because the other BMW dealerships were awful. Circle BMW was my last attempt to purchase a BMW in 5 years and they were wonderful. They totally changed my perception of the BMW dealership attitude and customer service. Kim made the experience enjoyable and actually fun. I will be looking to Kim when my Mercedes lease is up. More
My mom was all set to buy. On first visit we asked that car be serviced for a minor ussue prior to pick up. I was promised and called to check day before. Day of pick up. Problem still there and 2 different answeres after run around. And it was covered under warranty. Sales said part ordered and manager said problem could not be repeated for dealer. Them computer said 800 miles till service and wen i questioned they reset the computer and wiped the code. Wtf. Hey, maybe that was an important code! Guess we never jnow. And. Now we need to wait for deposit check that they wont mail. Need to pick it up! Guess i pick that up on a saturday mid day and hope no one overhears my disappointment! More
Going for service, even with BMW's $0 maintenance program is a daunting thought. Each time I walked in, even at 7:30 AM, Bob greeted me with an extended hand, a warm smile and an even warmer disposition. I is a daunting thought. I unfortunately just moved over an hour away from the dealership so coming in for service will be tough and I'm disappointed about that as I found a place I trust. Overall purchase experience was pleasant and not a high-pressure environment. Where do I begin! Circle BMW is the best dealership I have EVER dealt with. CHASTIN is AMAZING!! He was very straightforward, DID NOT, AND I REPEAT DID NOT try to fast talk me. You know the saying that a lady should never go into a dealership alone. Well I'm not afraid to do anything alone and was ready for the challenge but Chastin was GREAT! He was pleasant, respectful, put effort into making my sale go smoothly. I felt comfortable from the time I spoke with him on the phone. I had spoken to 5 different BMW sales people located in Brooklyn, Queens and various parts of Jersey and none of them enthused me to want to do business with them. When I first saw this dealership online, I said "I'm not driving all the way to Eatontown, NJ". Then I saw the vehicle of choice, with the color and interior I wanted! I called just to see what kind of vibe I would receive with a sales person and God gave me Chastin!!!! When I spoke to Chastin, I could tell that he had experience, loved his job and his aim was to make my experience memorable. He definitely did! So there I was driving all the way to Eatontown, NJ to see this vehicle! I am so happy that I was blessed to make the choice of this dealership. Chastin ensured that all of my requests were met with the vehicle of my choice with no hesitation! He answered any inquiries I had timely. I cannot express enough how pleased I am with Chastin and my experience at Circle BMW. All of the staff at Circle BMW are friendly. When you walk in there is a pleasant receptionist sitting there, smiling which is very important to me. I felt welcomed from the minute I walked in. All staff members speak and acknowledge you when they walk by you with a "Hello" and a smile. Not a phony acknowledgement, but they are genuine. I spoke with Vito in Service, who was very polite and helpful and let me not forget Brian, who gave me an overview and training session of my vehicle. This guy is extremely knowledgeable. He is patient as well because believe me, I had a trillion questions. Coming from a Nissan Maxima to a BMW is a HUGE step! Also, the gentleman who comes out and break down your financing was good. I don't want to give him the wrong name but I think he's the only guy who handles this so you will know him when you meet him :-). He ensured that I received the best possible rate and explained everything to me. Robert Alfonso, the General Sales Manager was also great and assisted in any way he could. On top of that, he has a sense of humor, not at all uptight like most people with a high position and title are, if you know what I mean. :-) I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I have dealt with horrible sales people, people who could care less about pleasing the customer and personally, I have no tolerance for that. My mind was at ease dealing with Circle BMW. Everything fell into place so smoothly and timely with Chastin. It happened so quickly that I didn't know how to react to my purchase at first. I was just surprised. If you're searching for a BMW, find your way to Circle BMW. I won't put other BMW dealerships which I encountered on blast by mentioning their names. I'll be polite, just take my word for it. I was shopping for a BMW X5, but this dealership wanted to take my trade in for almost nothing, they made me signed an agreement with them and took a down payment, after getting my car appraised I realised to take my trade in for almost nothing, they made me signed an agreement with them and took a down payment, after getting my car appraised I realised they were ripping me off and called to ask to negotiate my trade in, which they refused to do so, because of that I did not purchase the car from them and they are taking my $1,000 down payment. They did not do anything of me, I did not even see the car I was purchasing, which was verbally agreed upon, with the client advisor, if I do not like it I could refrain from purchasing it. This matter was resolved in the best way I ever expected. I will use them again and also recommended them to other customers. More
