I recently visited Circle BMW in Eatontown for service on my M440 and must acknowledge Bryan Raiken for going above and beyond to provide all-around exceptional service. Bryan not only exceeded my expectations by addressing and resolving all of my service needs without surprises, but he also took the time to investigate the root cause of service contract errors unbeknownst to me (the vehicle was purchased from a North Jersey BMW dealer), demonstrating a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. From the moment I arrived, Bryan greeted me with a warm smile and a willingness to assist with all concerns. He listened attentively and meticulously explained the maintenance process in complete detail, alleviating any reservations I had. His professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the entire interaction through to the time all service was complete. What truly set Bryan apart was his proactive approach to customer service. Not only did he address the necessary maintenance promptly and efficiently, but he also took the initiative to look into concerns outside the standard scope of routine maintenance. Moreover, Bryan displayed remarkable patience and courtesy when addressing my questions, providing clear explanations without any hint of condescension. His willingness to go the extra mile to ensure I felt informed and confident about the service performed on my vehicle did not go unnoticed. During my visit, Bryan's dedication to customer satisfaction extended beyond typical service expectations. Despite it being near closing time and my car service complete, Bryan took the time to provide invaluable advice on an issue unrelated to the service, further exemplifying his commitment to ensuring my overall satisfaction. Bryan not only provided me with an informative response which put me at ease, he went even further to call Lupe for greater insight after understanding the level of stress the matter had been causing me. Lupe was incredibly professional and genuinely wanted to help. As Lupe and I walked out to my car, Pete came over to provide his insight and added support. Not only did Lupe offer invaluable insight, he went even further to mitigate the issue which had been causing me immense stress. I was amazed and beyond grateful for the extra efforts he went through at the end of the day when he didn’t have to. Simply thanking Lupe, Pete, and the Service Center Technicians, doesn’t express the gratitude I have for the extra time and overall dedication to excellence they provide to customers like myself. During a previous service visit in the fall, I had the privilege to get to know Pete. His uplifting and warm personality truly adds to the customer-focused environment at Circle BMW. Pete also introduced me to Rob, the Service Manager, who was the sole reason I returned to this BMW dealer for my latest service needs. Hearing how he manages and approaches customer service was a breath of fresh air. Customer service like I’ve experienced at Circle BMW doesn’t exist in any industry nowadays. This team sets the bar high for the level of service that should be provided to all customers, it’s truly unmatched. Additionally, I had the pleasure of interacting with Phil, who exemplified professionalism from the moment I arrived. His attention to detail and seamless coordination ensured that I was in the best hands, ultimately leading me to Bryan for an exceptional service experience. Overall, I left Circle BMW extremely satisfied and beyond grateful thanks to Bryan Raiken's exemplary customer service, as well as for the outstanding support provided by Lupe, Pete, and Phil. They are a true testament to the dealership's commitment to excellence, and I cannot recommend them enough to anyone seeking top-notch service. I look forward to my next service visit, knowing that I am in the best possible hands. More
