This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Faulkner-Ciocca VW and as always the experience its truly amazing. Everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles he was selling. Anything I wanted to know he knew right off the top of his head. I have bought many cars in my life and its always a pain but not with Faulkner-Ciocca and especially Alex. It was a pleasant experience and I WILL return there for future cars I may purchase as well as refer them to anyone I may know that is in the market for a new vehicle. Its so nice to know that there are good dealerships out there!!! More

We shopped around looking at alot of good dealerships and looked at various makes and models. We ended up going with Faulkner-Ciocca because of the friendly attitude and honest approach. I bought a new Jetta from these guys today and it was a good experience. I got a quote online, they didn't try any games with the price after I got there. The finance manager pushed the optional insurance pretty hard, but I suppose that's to be expected from a dealership. Overall, no complaints, and I'm happy to be a new VW owner. More

I was shopping for a new VW GOLF TDI for over three weeks and had been talking to many VW dealers, who only wanted me to "come in for a test drive" where as I wanted to get my pricing in line before I went a and had been talking to many VW dealers, who only wanted me to "come in for a test drive" where as I wanted to get my pricing in line before I went as to ensure we were both in the same ballpark of where I needed to be. I spoke with Chris Fleming via email and then on the phone and had my price worked out before ever stepping foot into his dealership. During the entire process he was responsive, reasonable and overall a pleasure to work with. The night of my purchase, I was treated honestly, respectfully, the car was as described and most importantly, all pre-negotiated terms were honored. Overall, my experience with Chris and Faulkner VW was one of my best car buying experience ever (I've bought 5 new cars in my lifetime so far.) I would highly recommend dealing with them if you're buying a VW. More

The employees were very helpful and not pushy. The dealership and staff are very nice and know their cars, it is an inviting dealership. The staff all come to see if you need help but dont pressure you. I have to say Norm Hughes whom we have delt wit cars, it is an inviting dealership. The staff all come to see if you need help but dont pressure you. We had purchased a Passat from Faulkner back in 2002 and had a very good experience. However, because we live in Whitehall in recent years we dealt with Gilboy. Big mistake!
